That allowed us to select an SE model with a lot of cool features without going into the limited model price range. The feature was installed within a few days and we are more that satisfied with both the fit and function. More

GM does not call back, paperwork issues I bought 2 vehicles from them 2 days in a row, April 21 & 22 2016. Once vehicle i had a trade in with. week later I get a call to come back in as the I bought 2 vehicles from them 2 days in a row, April 21 & 22 2016. Once vehicle i had a trade in with. week later I get a call to come back in as the paperwork needs to be resigned for one of the vehicles. Then a week later yet again get another phone call that something wasn't filled in right on their end and I had to go back yet again to resign the paperwork. I bought in GA because my wife and I are there for a couple months and our residence is Nevada they said that is no problem to register it in Nevada. So almost a month later i notice my trade in has not yet been paid off..called dealership, they would look into it and call back by end of day..well next day comes and no call back so my wife had to go in and find out the problem and grab the paperwork for a 3rd time for me to sign and had to make them figure out why the trade in is still not paid off, after they had to search for someone who handles that, found out it was just sitting on someones desk not getting paid off. Next, get a phone call from Nevada that they didn't show we traded in our other vehicle with dealership so we were about to be charged a no insurance fee because we cancelled insurance on the vehicle we no longer had. I finally proved it was traded in, then they inform me as well that the dealership did not pay enough to cover tax title and registration, like $270 short. Call the general manager, not available left message, no call back that day, call again next day again not available left message, called later and finally got him he said he let it slip his mind to call back..then says he will call back Monday morning by 11am..well of course no call so call the GM and he is busy, left a message...nothing call back at 7:30pm he is with a customer he will call back. It is now Tuesday and do you think i got a call back yet?....The customer service was great while there buying the car, the sales man was excellent but after the sale happened and our problems began it has been quite horrible. Also on both Vehicles the tires were low, they filled it up said tires are good but guess what...tires keep loosing air...go figure still trying to get in touch with them but I will never see a five star dealership ever again and neither will anyone that we know. More
