Thought all was well, car advertised as a 2016 Mustang Gt Premium. We haggled, came to an agreement and left with the car. Went to a car show that had alot of Mustangs. People were admiring the car as its a head turner. Got a nice GT I responded GT Premium. Folks looked and said you dont know your cars to well do you, its just a Mustang Gt. They said premiums come with different interior door trim, come with a much better radio and other things. I went to the dealer and said something and I get we have a DISCLAIMER, like I am an idiot. Disclaimer isnt to false advertise a car...lets advertise a Corvette and deliver a Chevy Spark. Going on 2 weeks now to let the manager do something, but hey, no big surprise, no response. They even forgot to take my down payment and I was an honest person and didnt screw them!! Will be reporting them to the BBB next week and seek some legal advice....Warner Robins scammed my kid, had to get nasty, now Macon is no different. If your gonna get screwed might as well go to a small lot dealer!! These places just continue to do people wrong. Salesman Keith was a nice guy, but he isnt in a place to make it right. Well lets add on to this. Gave dealer a chance to do right and he TRIES to convince me he lost money on the deal...And to clarify something, I have original ad from car, did a screenshot, and car was plain, go to lot, and they put white stripes down the middle to MALICIOUSLY false advertise the car as a Gt Premium!!! Deception at its best!! I got a GT not a GT Premium, I lost on deal. Emailed Manager yesterday with proposition and 24hrs later no response. He tried to convince me he lost money on the deal, nice guy huh, make it sound like he got screwed instead of me. Now I know in good faith I can do a BBB complaint today, and also got an appt with an Attorney on Monday. Gonna push this till the end, tired of dealerships screwing people with evil tactics, and then trying to flip it on you. A dealer will never do a deal that they will lose on. I thought Manager was cocky when I bought it and wife said it might just be my imagination, well when he told me he lost money on deal and acted like he was the victim, I knew it wasnt me, its him!! More

Very Dissatisfied Sales Dept I have been doing business with Five Star Hyundai Macon since 2016. Never had a bad experience. Service worth making the extra drive for . I have never in my almost 29 years of life met a person so ride and disrespectful. I came in to purchase and extended warranty for my car . This gentleman first informed me that I could not purchase it there and I needed to go back whatever I purchased mg car. Despite me telling him I had already spoken with someone about this. Long story short even when he was informed by a manager that he was incorrect he argued with me that he wasn't . He at one point even raised his voice . Then when I asked for an apology he looked at me like I was trash and rolled his eyes and made a comment to the manager who corrected him. So of course I went to the general manager . Well the general manager repeatedly apologized stating the gentleman had only been there 2 months . That wasn't sufficient though I felt this gentleman needed to come in and apologize . So he brought the gentleman in and he still refused to apologize. He wouldn't even look at me , he looked around me, kept sipping on his coffee and acted like myself or husband were a speck of dirt on the floor. With his hand propped up against the wall looking beyond us. I pointed this out to the general manager who responded well we don't know what kind of morning someone may have had. As if that is my issues as the consumer. The gentleman never apologized , he never made eye contact, and just stood there as if we were beneath him . And although the general manager was nice, he made that irrelevant by justifying the actions of this employee . Who had no working knowledge of what services were offered regarding warranties , poor customer service , and blatant disrespect . Even when this was expressed from my observation and with what the salesman demonstrated right in front of him he still excused his actions and wanted us to be understanding. All it takes is one bad experience . All he had to do was apologize for just being rude . Not even for his lack of knowledge, just for his rudeness and it would have made all the difference. More

Lengthy But Fair While the negotiating took time, the dealer was able to agree to the advertised price and have the car financed the way I wanted to finance it. The dealership definitely needs more finance managers as there was no one to help finish the paperwork until the next day. More

I contacted the dealership by email and Jason called me back, I told him what I had, what I wanted and let him know that I would like for him to give me the best price possible on two different vehicles. He called me back the next morning and I went that afternoon and he was awesome. I could not have asked for a better buying experience and I am loving my car.
