Only had 1 without sunroof, he gave us over to another sales rep. He was nice but couldn't tell us anything about sonata features. Even when offered the blue link feature he couldn't explain what it was. Didn't like how the first hyundai manager didn't want to give us the bottom line price. Had to about force him to. We told them we wanted a sunroof. After purchasing a car without a sunroof we found out they had a black 2016 with a sunroof. They never showed us this. Told us they didn't have any, finance mng Tyrone told us he couldn't give us a temporary tag because it was July 4 and tags were locked in vault, I'm wondering then why are you open and selling cars?? He told us he would mail our temporary tag to us. We live in Valdosta and should have it by Monday. We didn't receive it, you can drive on a dealer tag up to 7 days without a ticket. We called everyday and was told it had be out in the mail. We never received it. It's 7/14/2015. No temporary tag. Derrick davenport said he would UPS overnight it, gVe me a tracking no. I checked tracking no. To find it. It was still at the dealership. Never got sent to us. I had to park my car for three dYs. A brand new car that we couldn't drive because the dealer couldn't send us a temporary tag. I called on 7/14 the receptionist found the copy of the temporary tag on her counter. She scanned and emailed it to me. Danny the internet sales guy told me to print it and tape it to the dealer tag. I hope that I don't get a ticket for this dealerships neglect. I regret buying a car from them because of this is an example of how they operate, their customers cannot be satisfied. I am upset we weren't offered the car with a sunroof. This was an important factor to me. More

I and the general manager communicated on many oc Since my first review, the managerial staff has endeavored arduously to resolve the primary issues. I and the general manager communicated on many occasions and came the general consensus that several of the issues were due to said lack of communication. Had he effected call back at time of my placing my signature on the contract, I believe that the issues I had would have become non-issues. I base my opinion of the base atmosphere of the Carl Gregory Hyundai dealership on numerous telephone conversations with Danny Gillian, the internet manager at said dealership; this being a very friendly and inviting dealership, some employees go above and beyond to assist customers and potential customers. It should be noted that a refresher course on communication and leadership...emphasis on communication should be considered. Having spent time in both Korea and Japan during my military career it should be noted that I never once met an oriental businessman who had demonstrated and demanded nothing less than 110% courteous customer care, a quality which commanded emulation by every employee. I wholeheartedly believe that everybody is inherently good yet there are those who slip through the fence. I still have one unresolved issue that has not been taken care of, however, I do expect it to be resolved shortly. Overall, I am pleased with the customer service provided, but would reiterate that a breakdown in communication can lead to potential misunderstandings. I, myself would go back to this dealership just to see if changes in attitudes have been made and possibley consider my next purchase there. Kudos to Danny Gillian. More
