Hello, Just wanted to thank you for taking your time to let me know of unprofessional service you received on your visit last Friday, none of this should happen. I will be getting with IT to try to resolve the on line apt issue and also the phone issues. Beyond that there was a lot of communication issues internally that failed and we have a lot of work to do, I sincerely apologize to you and assure you this is not our normal operating procedure. Bridget felt so bad about the whole debacle unfortunately some of it was beyond her control. If there is anything we can do to try to earn your trust and future business I would certainly appreciate the opportunity. Once again thank you for your time and we do appreciate your business.
