UPDATE - BUYER BEWARE And this story is one of many stressful experiences with this dealership as they have made this experience unhealthy, stressful, and just plain terrible. We always have a sense of dread when we have to deal with this dealership. Yes, it appeared on May 3rd that the rattling issues had been resolved, but nope we still have rattles. DO NOT BUY A EXPLORER AS THEY RATTLE. We now have a large dent on the right side, our driver's mirror is damaged and does not work properly, and new 2 scratches as one can tell when a dent is new, and this damage happened while they had it in service. I am not surprised given the way they park the vehicles that are in for service AND YES I have pictures. We have had it with Ford as they do not live up to slogan of "TAKING CARE OF TEXAS, ONE FAMILY AT A TIME" and we are selling this rattling vehicle, even the loaners that we had during service rattled and we have videos of this rattling loaner truck. Okay here is the latest... While attempting to contact the accounting department, to cancel the Vehicle Service Contract the Operator that answered the number 469 965 1452 at 1:08pm -- 1:11pm did not answer the phone 3 times and sent me directly to the general voicemail 3 times after I spoke with her twice at 1:08pm. I called from a different number at 1:13 and she answered and replied "I was on another line". She had her dishonest response ready. She did not want to deal with me, which I guess answering the phone and forwarding calls is a tough job, so she avoided speaking with me and forwarded me to the general voicemail box for Five Star Ford. And this is the type of service that Five Star Ford Provides.....
