He explained every step of the process and carried on a conversation. That was a comforting experience. Service department is the best we have ever dealt with. Our vehicles are serviced quickly and throughly. We have never had damage done to our vehicles. That tells me the technicians are careful and considerate of our property. Ben is wonderful. He keeps me informed doesn’t not try to over sell. If we have questions he answers them immediately. I will definitely keep coming here. I may have to wait a couple of years, new car and all. More

This company is unacceptable! My car been here for 3 weeks for a warranty issue and now they’re saying it want crank. But I drove it there!! I can't give zero stars? We bought a tire replacement plan (I know, our mistake already) and when the time came to use it, Five Star Ford said it was not in their system. We needed the tire fixed so we plan (I know, our mistake already) and when the time came to use it, Five Star Ford said it was not in their system. Called back and they said "sorry, ticket is already closed". and they wonder why people move to other brands, or dealerships like Sewell? More
