Mr. Zink, Thank you for your feedback. With all due respect, your car deal was offered with a thorough step-by-step process to ensure you were comfortable with your purchase. Prior to the buying agreement, you sent an inspector to give the car an intensive inspection. Your chosen inspector looked over the vehicle and confirmed that the vehicle was clean and mechanically sound. In addition, our sales manager gave your assessor the option of taking the vehicle to the local Jaguar dealer for a more detailed review. Our customer-focused team sent pictures and videos which addressed your specific questions and satisfied your inquiries. After feeling comfortable enough to move forward with the purchase, you set up a shipping company to deliver the vehicle to you. With the volume of out-of-state deals our dedicated staff secures, we make certain the sales staff is 100% transparent and upfront with customers. We send out apologies that the car arrived dirty. Unfortunately, that does happen when vehicles are transported across multiple states. Customer satisfaction and feedback are always welcomed and we assure you we focus on superior communication with all of our local and out-of-state clients.

I’m sorry, but this isn’t true. The “inspector” you refer to was a 30 year old friend that I had to send to your dealership because you refused to wash the car - even for photos. It was impossible for me to review the car from dirty photos. The “local Jag dealer” doesn’t do car inspections, so that would be an empty offer (something I told your salesperson. None of this makes up for the fact that the Jag’s numerous parts that were worn down and cracked - which you claim were “perfect.” I have multiple screen shots of your sales people saying the car was in perfect condition, which we know it is not. Nor does it make up for the false representation of the $3,800 warranty that doesn’t cover some of the work needed (some of those cracked parts). I have emails and screen shots to support ever single fact in my review. I simply must make shoppers aware of this terrible, and expensive, mistake.
