Nightmare… bought a Ford Escape and opted to buy the 8,000 mile warranty. The car immediately needed new front breaks. After driving it about 9,000 miles the car started to leak coolant. I brought it in 8,000 mile warranty. The car immediately needed new front breaks. After driving it about 9,000 miles the car started to leak coolant. I brought it into a trust worthy shop and it will cost $7,500 to make it drivable. That’s infuriating. At some point, before i bought it, the engine got hot enough to destroy a lot of important components. This is not my first time buying a car and i know they sold me a piece of junk. The salesman treats you like you don’t matter. I think that’s because they are a big dealership so they don’t really care if you walk out. There will be no negotiations on price. After i made the purchase the salesman said he would deliver it to my house in the next day or 2. It took 4, and when i would inquire with the salesman he would get defensive and rude. Starting sentences with, “like i told you…”. He said the extra time at the dealership was to “top off fluids” and fix a interior light that was broken. After i received the car i tried to contact my salesman and never ever got a response. I would advise everyone to go elsewhere. This dealership is letting people drive off the lot in a car that’s going to have serious and expensive problems. Now I’m driving a rental and my car is sitting in the parking lot of my mechanic. Really crappy that a dealership like this would let this happen. Please, find another dealership to buy from. These people just don’t really care about their customers. This review won’t matter to them because they will always have unsuspecting people coming to shop. I made a mistake by going here. Unfortunately i have no recourse and am in serious financial crisis trying to figure out how to fix this car or buy a new one elsewhere. I can’t remember the last time i wrote a negative review. This experience made me disappointed and, honestly, pretty darn angry. Lots of car dealerships in the area. Go to any of them but this one. Hopefully you won’t get screwed. More

Donnie looked around and found very nearly the exact SuperDuty I was looking for, even in a very tight market, and brought it up for me. He also held it for me while I investigated another lead so it wouldn't get sold out from under me. Once I decided to buy, the process only took about 2 hours, with a minimum of haggling. Further, I dealt with Donnie, no back-and-forth between the sales manager or whatever. This will be my 3rd 5 Star Ford... and probably not my last. More

From the moment we walked in, we were so glad we came to Five Star Ford! The service and care for what we needed was high on the minds of everyone, especially Jose, our salesman. He made sure we would be ha Five Star Ford! The service and care for what we needed was high on the minds of everyone, especially Jose, our salesman. He made sure we would be happy! And Jarren in Finance ensured we had both the vehicle at the best rate, and a warranty to keep us on the road. We were greeted by the manager, Brian, just to be sure all was well. Then, when we could not pick up the car the next day, Jose and Brian made sure it was delivered to our home, and we live about an hour away! I wish I knew the driver’s name, he was a gem! And Jose came personally to make sure all was well! I can’t say enough about their service and follow-up, and especially their personal care. The whole team is great! More
