My sales experience started with Mr. LaRay Wilson. From the beginning he was professional and knowledgeable. We took a test a drive and he and his General Manager, Brian, offered to allo LaRay Wilson. From the beginning he was professional and knowledgeable. We took a test a drive and he and his General Manager, Brian, offered to allow me to "borrow" the car for the weekend. Thirty six hours later I was back in the showroom ready to purchase the car. As my purchase was a cash transaction with an acceptable trade-in offer, the paperwork was quick and efficient. Mr. LaRay has followed up our sale by reaching out and offering to help with any questions or concerns in any way he can. All in all, a very pleasant experience! More

20 miles down the road check engine light came on threw a couple of codes. I can only assume they cleared the code before and they popped back up. Its been in the shop ever since still have not received my d couple of codes. I can only assume they cleared the code before and they popped back up. Its been in the shop ever since still have not received my deposit back that was used to hold the vehicle until the next day to come get it. Its been a week now no refund on deposit and its been at another dealership since the day Ive gotten it waiting on to see whats wrong with it. Hopefully something simple. More

Raed was honestly the best salesman I have Ever worked with. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I wanted on my new Mustang. We came in having already a bad experience from other compani with. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I wanted on my new Mustang. We came in having already a bad experience from other companies, but he didn’t let that stop him. He found us the car at another sister dealer and we went ahead to apply. We had everything ready for the financing within an hour and came back to sign. By the time we were done, the car had already arrived! He was running around making sure we were taken care of as well as other customers. I’m always going to recommend him and Five Star Ford to anyone that wants a new Ford. They are amazing and won’t let you down. More
