Great selection but very poor sales experience. The misunderstanding nice way for lies. 1. If we know you have financing we will pull vehicle. Not. 2. We will FedEx paperwork to clear title. Not. I think that since we had our own financing and they didn't have proper title to the vehicle being purchased they decided to play games rather than tell the truth. Not Five Star quality. But everything was out fault. We had cash down payment, our own financing and insurance. More

This has been a horrible car purchasing experience for me and my wife. I attempted to communicate via email by sending a contract, but encountered difficulties. Despite several attempts to contact the finance representative at Five Star Ford, my questions remained unanswered. Promised return calls were never received, leading me to refrain from signing any documents at that time. Only after indicating my intention to return the vehicle was there any follow-up from their end. I requested a refund of my deposit, which was acknowledged, but to date, the refund has not been processed. The conduct of this establishment appears highly unprofessional, with staff members Alex (sales) and Esmeralda (finance representative) exhibiting unreliability. More

Allen is hands down the best sales associate I’ve ever bought a car from. He understood what we were looking for and what we wanted to do with our lease trade in. He was never once pushy or trying to sell bought a car from. He understood what we were looking for and what we wanted to do with our lease trade in. He was never once pushy or trying to sell us on anything we didn’t want. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I was so happy I was able to set an appointment and tell them what cars I wanted to see it made it so much easier and so fast. Allen even went to get the car I wanted since it was out on loan! He drove 20 mins both ways just so I could drive it home that day. I was fully expecting them to tell me I had to come back another next day but Allen had a better plan! This was honestly the easiest and fastest car buying experience I’ve had and I will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Allen! More
