Jerry Thompson failed to do the proper service we paid for within our warranty and service plan. He was proven that he lied and instead cost the customer thousands of dollars due to his failures. When the customer said they may need to escalate matters Jerry responded by threatening a 100% disabled veteran with police action and the confiscation of his vehicle. Shame on you Jerry Thompson. What stood out to me the most was the non-pushy approach of the salespeople, who allowed me the space to browse without feeling pressured. Despite living in McKinney, I willingly drive over thirty miles to visit this location, and I have no regrets. My credit union recommended this dealership to me after I had unpleasant experiences at other locations. However, my experience at this Ford dealership completely changed my perspective on car buying. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Wilson, and I can't speak highly enough of him. Not only is he an exceptional salesperson, but he is also a wonderful human being. When I wanted to do a lease buyout on my Ford Explorer, Mr. Wilson went above and beyond to help me through the process. Unlike other Ford locations, where I felt pressured to sign another lease or purchase a different vehicle, Mr. Wilson understood my needs and made the process stress-free. Thanks to him, I left the dealership with a new Ford that had 39,000 miles, bumper-to-bumper coverage, and a great monthly payment.
