Laray Wilson sent me birthday wishes last week. We talked about a new vehicle. I made the appt to go in Saturday and provided him the desires vehicle. Within an hour I was in my way with a 2024 Fo We talked about a new vehicle. I made the appt to go in Saturday and provided him the desires vehicle. Within an hour I was in my way with a 2024 Ford Edge SEL I picked the vehicle on the following Monday. This was a easy process working with LaRay and having all my information ready. Finance was too easy sunce Brett was ready for me as well. Being a repeat customer was too easy on this process. Thank you 5 Star Ford. I will return and 1pass any new leads to LaRay. More

My experience was amazing with Five Star Ford in Dallas. I was looking for a Dark Horse, and it was hard to find a dealer with an allocation. Tyrone Burks from Five Star contacted me through email right away and quickly provided me with the details of the Dark Horse they had ordered. I was able to reserve the car quickly with no hassle. I also worked with Corey White when picking the car up and he had amazing knowledge on performance vehicles. As someone who was getting their first performance car, working with him was invaluable. Lastly, I worked with Tarek Salama and he was very transparent during the financing process, and I knew exactly where my money was going and everything. The whole process was seamless and great, and everyone I worked with was amazing. I highly recommend them, especially if you’re looking at performance vehicles. More

My wife's lease was due, and my truck had almost 60,000 miles and was 2.5 years old. With Kim Thomas's help we were able to trade for two new vehicles with same specs as the old ones and lower our payment miles and was 2.5 years old. You only get one chance to make a good first impression and Five Star fails that test for me. While my salesman was likeable, the lack of follow through on my concerns with the vehicle appearance at deliv and Five Star fails that test for me. While my salesman was likeable, the lack of follow through on my concerns with the vehicle appearance at delivery negated any good feelings I had going into the purchase. I scheduled to return my vehicle to have a paint chip touched up that was already on the vehicle prior to me taking delivery. I stated that I was not happy that the white marker labels were left on my black wheels. After getting my vehicle back, the white marker labels were still there. The lack of awareness by the prep/detail crew is confounding. I ended up removing the stickers myself. When it came to the finance department, this dealership hit a new low for me. I already knew my approved rate and term, but the finance guy quoted a 1% higher rate. He said that if I purchased the extended warranty and the maintenance agreement, he would lower my rate by 1%, bringing it back down to the advertised FMC rate. Then, I noted that a new add-on was included on the buyer's order he wanted me to sign. It contained a "vin etch" item for $499. I told him that I did not want or need that item. He stated "it is already on the vehicle, so you have to pay for it". Tied selling is still illegal in this country, but this guy doesn't seem to care. The best surprise with that "vin etch", it is not installed on my vehicle. Fraud and deceit is not something I take lightly. More
