Beetle Brandi Statham is a phenomenal service advisor. I took my truck in for a regular oil change and to my surprise, there were other problems that needed Brandi Statham is a phenomenal service advisor. I took my truck in for a regular oil change and to my surprise, there were other problems that needed immediately attention. After talking to Brandi who made me aware of the things that were urgent, I was able to make a decision based on her advice. I'm glad I took my truck to this dealership because the continuous neglect would have been much more costly. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and her as a Service Advisor. More

Th e surge valve is right in front of you and only 2 bolts to remove. The national average for thejob according to the repair website is between $240 and $340 including the part ($125). The service manager handled my complaint by telling me they did not care what anyone else charged-he just kept saying 4 hours x $150 is $600, They padded the hours outrageously, were rude in response and the GM has not returned a call.I posted this review on Facebook and 50 neighbors have all ready commented with similar experiences there. 2ND MUSTANG 2018 OIL CHANGE and THEN SOME I had a 2017 5.0 Mustang I bought from Five Star Ford and liked it, Came up here for my oil changes and they were great Cameron is cool and helpful in I had a 2017 5.0 Mustang I bought from Five Star Ford and liked it, Came up here for my oil changes and they were great Cameron is cool and helpful in the customer service group, The customer service and staff and everyone are very nice. Mike Seay who sold me the 2017 5.0 Mustang was awesome. Now I have a 2018 5.0 Mustang that Pervis sold to me and I love this one more than 2017. Once again the customer service was great and the staff stays consistent with excellent customer service. On a side note my Fiancé was in an accident with her vehicle a Volkswagen Wagon Tiguan. Someone hit her in the back of the SUV. The others person Insurance company gave he several places for collision repair to go to. Volkswagon Collision repair was south GA. One of the choices was to go to Five Star Ford, I told her yes take your car there to Five Star Ford they will take care of you great customer service. Now I’m waiting on my 2018 GT 5.0 oil change and just in hanging out everyone is very nice. It’s always good to see Pervis and Mike Seay and Cameron who is always helpful and kind in the customer service dept. I just had to give a quick shout out to Five Star Ford ***** Great Dealer Ship. Service Review I was referred to five star by my wife because of their food technical service but was quite a bit disallusiones following several issues having my ca I was referred to five star by my wife because of their food technical service but was quite a bit disallusiones following several issues having my car repaired. I initially went in for service on my ignition switch and ended up paying 938.00 for a new key and electrical work. What I noticed after the repair was my heat wasn’t working after the repair but previously did. After taking the car back to be rel-diagnosed it was revealed that I had a upped radiator hose leak which affected the heat. I find it interesting that while the diagnosis included the leak the fact that the heat would be affected want mentioned until after I brought the car back. The service. Person Khalil, who really didn’t listen to me until I actually had to hang up on him and consult the manager. I’ve felt very disrespected by this whole process as upon bringing the car bAck to be serviced I was informed that the wrong part was ordered. It took three hours to find this out taking up my entire morning. Perhaps this could have been avoided if Khalil had called. Me back the day before since I left two messages. FINALLY finding out about the mishap I’m having to wait two Moore days to pay another 400 dollars making a total of $1400.00 over a two week period. The kicker being having to wait 15 minutes for my UNREPAIRED car to be brought to me as the driver was busy and another service person seemed too busy to simply go get it. The bottom line is I am going to get the repair done because I’ve come too far to not get it done but feel extremely taken advantage of and disrespected in this process. This service dealership doesn’t seem to have. Much respect for its customers time and money; at least not in my case David More

Constant sloppy work I have been taking my truck to this dealership for years. It right next to my shop, so it's convenient. That's where the good vibes stop nowCredibility with your service department is at an all-time low. EVERY time I get something done there, there are issues. I still have scratched rims to look at from the tire change, when radiators get replaced, it gets replaced with donors from other trucks with grime on it and I'm told it's a remanufactured unit. Manufactured units get a bath to make it look like new. The wires get cut when the tensioner pulley is replaced and gets taped back together. Hot engines and cheap tape adhesive don't work well together. I get oil over my windshield and engine to where I have to pull into a gas station to clean it with soap and water, because I couldn't see out the window when the wipers started up. The cab gets lifted when I replace the turbos and half the cab bolts are loose to where you can turn parts by hand... The list goes on. Now my rotors and pads are replaced and immediately the chirp is loud enough to drive you crazy and the bearings fail. Just lovely. More

Looked like they sprayed water and give it to you. Its not only me who noticed that, there was an old woman who had them re-washed and vaccummed her car because they didn’t clean her car good too. Not only that, I did the full synthetic oil change and they put the sticker for synthetic blend oil which is $50 cheaper. I doubt if they put synthetic blend oil and charged me for full synthetic oil. Another thing, service desk guy Darryl was very rude when I told him the cleaning service was not good. He said “ I am not gonna detail your car for $9.99” in a very rude manner. Worst customer service experience. More
