I have been a service customer at Five Star Ford for the last eleven years with my 2009 Ford F-150 Lariat. My recent request to find a specificly optioned new F-250 was handled by Justin Johnson, and I was surprised by how quickly Justin got to work and searched For the truck I wanted. Justin worked with me by phone, text and email to keep me up to date with his search. By the end of day one, I made an appointment at Five Star Ford to meet with Justin Johnson for a trade in evaluation of my 2009 F-150, and Justin had found the F-250 diesel, Star White, with the options I had requested in North Carolina. I put a deposit on the new truck, and by the next afternoon, Justin texted me to come to Five Star Ford and receive my new truck! A very pleasant experience... and everyone at the dealership was wearing a mask....as a 70 year old, I am concerned about the virus so I appreciate the effort by Justin and Five Star Ford to ensure my safety!
