I have been a service customer at Five Star Ford for the last eleven years with my 2009 Ford F-150 Lariat. My recent request to find a specificly optioned new F-250 was handled by Justin Johnson, and I was surprised by how quickly Justin got to work and searched For the truck I wanted. Justin worked with me by phone, text and email to keep me up to date with his search. By the end of day one, I made an appointment at Five Star Ford to meet with Justin Johnson for a trade in evaluation of my 2009 F-150, and Justin had found the F-250 diesel, Star White, with the options I had requested in North Carolina. I put a deposit on the new truck, and by the next afternoon, Justin texted me to come to Five Star Ford and receive my new truck! A very pleasant experience... and everyone at the dealership was wearing a mask....as a 70 year old, I am concerned about the virus so I appreciate the effort by Justin and Five Star Ford to ensure my safety! I recommend Justin Johnson and the entire staff at Five Star Ford to anyone purchasing a new vehicle or servicing their current vehicle. More

Five Star Ford dealership service department was poor on price disclosure and gave me a verbal fee and charged me over $ 100 more for diagnostic with no repairs. Not wanting to shame the dealership of my experience. I was first person in line for service at 7:30 AM was told there were no appointments that day but my car was very last to get service. I was offered the money I was over charged and I was relieved. They offered to send the check through mail I told the service department I would send someone in my place to retrieve the check and it was ok by them. Fast forward because I gave a bad review and it was sent to main Ford now the check is voided. WOW! More
