Drew Robertson guided me through a 192 day wait for my custom order truck. I knew about the production constraints due to parts shortages but Drew was always there to assure me all would end well. Mike B was my salesman, awesome guy, but I didnt get to know him well since it was a custom order with a fixed price. Justin in the financial office was astoundingly easy to talk to and do business with. No up-sales or pitches. He just listened to my needs and guided me. Justin even called me a day later to let me know he'd still been working on my sale and found me a nearly 2% lower interest rate if I was interested. Of course, I scheduled to see him the next day and my second visit to his office took less than 5 minutes. What a great dealership. They're called Five Star for a reason. More

They are the guilty of attempting to price gauge at every available opportunity. I attempted to buy a car at retail price. The price they themselves had the truck listed for and was told they could not sell available opportunity. I attempted to buy a car at retail price. The price they themselves had the truck listed for and was told they could not sell it to me for anything less than 25% over the sticker price. The thing I knew they didn't know I knew though was they were about to sell it at sticker price that same day to another customer but wanted to attempt to price gouge me. The other customer ended up not being able to afford buying the vehicle Even at MSRP. When they started to haggle I was like okay look if y'all are going to make it like that then I'll give you an extra 1,800 for it was my offer over The same sticker price that I know they were about to sell it for the same day to another customer. They refused absolute and said they were not taking anything less than 5,000 OVER msrp. I've been there previously to the service department as well and they are absolutely terrible. Plus they will attempt to have you finance your vehicle with them which you should never do at a dealership because they make money off of selling you over priced loans as well that you can easily find on an online banker yourself. Which is why they told me that they would drop the price a little bit for me if I financed through them. Because they're going to make that same money back on the overpriced loan. No thank you I would give negative stars if I could. More
Called to set up a service appointment and was told they dont do it that way. I would have to bring my vehicle in and leave it indefinetly until they got to it. They have to have the vehicle physically in a "line" and it could be a week or longer. I am working less than 3 miles from there and they won't simply call when it is my turn. What a narrow minded butt-backward business model. Glad I found out ahead of time. More
My husband and I were searching for a 2022 White Explorer Limited, very hard to find these days! We normally are loyal to our local Ford Dealership in Athens with whom we have a great relationship but they did not have the inventory we were looking for and we needed to purchase quickly as we are due with our new baby next month. My husband inquired about a vehicle on Five Star Ford’s website and was contacted the next morning by Jacob Johnson. We visited the dealership Saturday, and Jacob was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. He had the car ready for our test drive and other team members ready to assess our trade. Everyone we came into contact with was great! Jacob was overly accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for every request I had during negotiation. I would highly recommend him as a salesperson to anyone looking to shop at this dealership! More
Purchased a F250 from here on May 30 ( memorial Day ) everything was going good until I had to sit down with a finance manager ( Richard A ) that’s when he started trying to upsell me on extended warrant everything was going good until I had to sit down with a finance manager ( Richard A ) that’s when he started trying to upsell me on extended warranties service packages and I declined. Then he said if I would take a package he would get my interest rate reduced by calling in a favor. I explain to him that I was his customer and that he should be trying to get me the best deal out there and not trying to hold service packages and warranties over my head to get a better deal he says he emailed the finance company because it was a holiday they had not answered back and he would work on it the next day when we asked the next day about the interest rate he said it was a no deal because he considered it a commercial sale/deal. I have no idea how a personal cell to someone is consumer commercial. This is a shady way of doing business anyone should stay away from people that conduct themselves in this manner. If I was running a business like that it would be to build relationships and a customer base instead of trying to make a one time commission by lying and deceiving customers. I will be reaching out to Ford motor company and let them know HAL Mr. Richard is representing their brand name. I talked to someone from their management team that said they was very sorry for what happened and a sales manager would call me back to go over what happened. Never got a call from anyone. Not happy with this dealership at all. I bought my Ford Explorer from this dealership 7 years ago, it was great. During the last 2 years the service has went down. They say they are checking one thing but does something else. I'm finding a new Ford dealership. More
