Salesman Chris Jones was gracious enough to let me take it for a test drive, with no pressure. After I was able to work out some numbers on Sunday, I happily returned on Monday to make the purchase. So, the service department recommended JoJo to find a solution. I walked into his office at 5pm with no car to drive home in, a first time buyer and almost zero faith I could get a car that same day. I left at 8pm with a fully loaded 2017 Ford Escape in a breeze! JoJo made it painless and helped me find the perfect car when I needed it most! He gets an A+ in my book.
