Horrible sales and service On April 11, 2018 The service manager at the Five Star For Stone Mountain, GA located on Hwy 78, Snellville, GA is now concocted this story because t On April 11, 2018 The service manager at the Five Star For Stone Mountain, GA located on Hwy 78, Snellville, GA is now concocted this story because they don't want to fix my A/C. that I financed with my Ford Escape for $3,000. Five Star ford is continually giving bad customers service and now they are telling lies and giving Bad customer service and not honoring my $3,000 warranty and refusing to fix my A/C. They want me to pay an additional $1600 to fix my air. It a rip off and I do not recommend this dealership for sales and/or service. I purchased my SUV at this dealership and their warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on. Bad customer service all the way around and they are ripping off the community of Snellville. Also, the service manager lied and said that I said the fender bender caused my A/C to go out. That's a lie and I didn't say that. My A/C was working after the fender bender and I have full insurance coverage and my insurance co. would have paid that other auto body shop to fix my A/C along with repairing the fender bender, but my A/C was working at that time. Don't go to Five Star Ford, they will lie & add fraudulent notes to your records after the fact. J. Washington More

We agreed on the price over the phone with the understanding that there would be no surprises when I showed up. The process took much longer than it should have. The truck should have been detailed and ready to go. It wasn't. I left and came back to complete the transaction. The people in finance tried to push me to finance at a higher rate. They corrected it, but almost lost the sale. More

Excellent Service ! During a late Oct visit the front two chrome rims on my F150 KR were damaged. The chrome plating chipped off. Hunter Fikes in the service dept. agreed During a late Oct visit the front two chrome rims on my F150 KR were damaged. The chrome plating chipped off. Hunter Fikes in the service dept. agreed to have the repair the rims. As it turned out the plating could not be repaired. Five Star contacted the Mother Ship in Detroit and found out the chrome plating issue was a manufacturers defect. The front two wheels were replaced. Hunter evaluated the other two wheels and determined that one additional wheel should be replaced. The service team always give 110 %. There is no attempt at a hard up-sell when you visit their facility. They don’t attempt to rebuild your vehicle on each visit. At a side note I required some body work on my wife’s Mustang GT and the body shop did a great job. PS: Darryl in the Quick Lane dept. also does a great job. More
