Pervis Reynolds is awesome. I went to Five Star Ford in Stone Mountain as my first stop shopping for a new truck. I was introduced to Pervis Reynolds. From the very first, I was I went to Five Star Ford in Stone Mountain as my first stop shopping for a new truck. I was introduced to Pervis Reynolds. From the very first, I was impressed with his professional approach. He was very responsive to all questions and treated my wife and I as friends rather than customers. Pervis worked every possible option to give us the best deal possible. If not for Mr. Reynolds, we probably would have continued shopping. As a result of our meeting Pervis Reynolds, Five Star Ford, Stone Mountain was our first and last stop and I am now the happy owner of a new Ford F-150. While waiting on paperwork, financing etc., we spoke with several others including Linda (the receptionist) and Wes Pope (the dealership owner) and all were very cordial and professional. Unfortunately, I don't remember all their names as our conversations were a great way to pass the time talking about sports, cars and other topics. More
Constant sloppy work I have been taking my truck to this dealership for years. It right next to my shop, so it's convenient. That's where the good vibes stop nowCredibility with your service department is at an all-time low. EVERY time I get something done there, there are issues. I still have scratched rims to look at from the tire change, when radiators get replaced, it gets replaced with donors from other trucks with grime on it and I'm told it's a remanufactured unit. Manufactured units get a bath to make it look like new. The wires get cut when the tensioner pulley is replaced and gets taped back together. Hot engines and cheap tape adhesive don't work well together. I get oil over my windshield and engine to where I have to pull into a gas station to clean it with soap and water, because I couldn't see out the window when the wipers started up. The cab gets lifted when I replace the turbos and half the cab bolts are loose to where you can turn parts by hand... The list goes on. Now my rotors and pads are replaced and immediately the chirp is loud enough to drive you crazy and the bearings fail. Just lovely. More

Looked like they sprayed water and give it to you. Its not only me who noticed that, there was an old woman who had them re-washed and vaccummed her car because they didn’t clean her car good too. Not only that, I did the full synthetic oil change and they put the sticker for synthetic blend oil which is $50 cheaper. I doubt if they put synthetic blend oil and charged me for full synthetic oil. Another thing, service desk guy Darryl was very rude when I told him the cleaning service was not good. He said “ I am not gonna detail your car for $9.99” in a very rude manner. Worst customer service experience. More
Used Ranger with trade-in I went to the dealer to look at a used Ranger, with the possibility of trading in my vehicle. I liked the truck, but the trade offer was much too low. I'm not a negotiator, so I didn't bargain down the truck price, only the trade value which I was ready to walk away from. They eventually agreed to the terms. On driving home, the front was making some rattling noise I didn't notice on the test drive. I contacted Jermaine, and he spoke with Bud, his manager. I took the truck in and they didn't have the part, so I came back again. The new part didn't fix it, so they continued to troubleshoot and needed another part. Bud approved all the work to be done, and my truck was fixed. I appreciate the integrity demonstrated in fixing a truck just purchased and making it right. More

Horrible sales and service On April 11, 2018 The service manager at the Five Star For Stone Mountain, GA located on Hwy 78, Snellville, GA is now concocted this story because t On April 11, 2018 The service manager at the Five Star For Stone Mountain, GA located on Hwy 78, Snellville, GA is now concocted this story because they don't want to fix my A/C. that I financed with my Ford Escape for $3,000. Five Star ford is continually giving bad customers service and now they are telling lies and giving Bad customer service and not honoring my $3,000 warranty and refusing to fix my A/C. They want me to pay an additional $1600 to fix my air. It a rip off and I do not recommend this dealership for sales and/or service. I purchased my SUV at this dealership and their warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on. Bad customer service all the way around and they are ripping off the community of Snellville. Also, the service manager lied and said that I said the fender bender caused my A/C to go out. That's a lie and I didn't say that. My A/C was working after the fender bender and I have full insurance coverage and my insurance co. would have paid that other auto body shop to fix my A/C along with repairing the fender bender, but my A/C was working at that time. Don't go to Five Star Ford, they will lie & add fraudulent notes to your records after the fact. J. Washington More

We agreed on the price over the phone with the understanding that there would be no surprises when I showed up. The process took much longer than it should have. The truck should have been detailed and ready to go. It wasn't. I left and came back to complete the transaction. The people in finance tried to push me to finance at a higher rate. They corrected it, but almost lost the sale. More
