We asked the service manager to do the necessary repairs to get our truck running properly, but forego the additional suggestions...focus on the immediate issue. We were told to do a couple of key things and that our truck would be running fine and roadworthy. $3,300 later and our truck was returned to us in the same poor condition we dropped it off in and was still not drivable. The repairs that were done did not address the performance issues we brought it in for (I don't think the work they did was even necessary!) and all of this took 3 weeks when we were told we'd have our truck back in one week. We called many times trying to get an update an no one would return our calls for an entire week!. The lack of service and integrity we experienced was inexcusable. More

I reside in FL and found the car I was looking for looking at this wanna be Ford Dealership. I had called and had spoken to Sean about being interested in a car that was in transit to their dealership. I put money down to secure the car and Sean, along with the Sales Manager started working on a contract. I told them I wanted to get everything done before I headed up there, So I'd only have to go and pick up my keys. Well that wasn't their plan. They Fed Ex'd me a Fugazi contract and honestly it was insatiable. They seemed like they just wanted to squeeze as much money out of me. They tried again and sent a more moderate contract but didn't include the discount and stuff we agreed I didn't want on the contract. The third time sent a copy of new contract through email and It was good enough to have me drive up almost 9 hours to get the car. This has elapsed over 40 days. Before I made the drive up to Georgia, I had spoken to Sean and reassured him I was going and wanted to know if he needed anything else from me before I left and if everything was good. He straight up lied to me and said All I needed to do was drive up and sign the contract and collect the keys. I got to the dealership and from the moment I walked in, I was treated Unwontedly, Sean Roberts acted like he didn't care if we had driven all those hours to get a car. He was giving us attitude when he had told us the contract expired ten day prior to us arriving to the dealership. He expected us to be happy that he had lied to us when a day prior to us arriving I had asked him if everything was fine. His manager, said they had to resubmit the contract and then we'd see what to do. What was supposed to be easy and quick had turned into a nightmare. The Contract came back worse than ever and they pretty much didn't care that they had screwed us and waited until we drove all the way up here, just to have them blackball me. I neglected the deal and was pretty upset and when I asked why not tell me this before I even drove up here, why the dishonesty, Sean Roberts proceeded to give an attitude and have the audacity to put the blame on me. It's disgusting and untrustworthy. Shocking to see Manager actually want to have this sorry excuse of an employee work for them.I'd recommend you stay away. Five Star Ford Stone mountain don't know how to make an honest deal. They're simply the worst. More

I took my truck in for a regular oil change and to my surprise, there were other problems that needed immediately attention. After talking to Brandi who made me aware of the things that were urgent, I was able to make a decision based on her advice. I'm glad I took my truck to this dealership because the continuous neglect would have been much more costly. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and her as a Service Advisor. More

Amazingly easy experience I purchased a Ford Ranger today. I can't emphasize enough how easy they made it on me. They were willing to communicate in the way that I preferred (email) and never pressured me. We came to an agreement on price before I showed up at the dealership. Once there, everything was as expected and EASY. I drove the truck, said it was the one, signed some papers, was not pressured to add anything additional. The really cared about me as a customer and making the experience great. I honestly can't believe how smooth the process was. I don't know why every dealership wouldn't take this approach. Simply amazing service. More

In the end all they wanted to do is try and sell me a car that I did not want and at a payment I wasn't happy with. I feel they knew this the hole time, two days wasted. More
Five Star Ford Ripped Me Off AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Five Star Ford ripped me off and processed my loan for higher than they should have, impacting my interest rate. I was adaman AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Five Star Ford ripped me off and processed my loan for higher than they should have, impacting my interest rate. I was adamant about only needing $500 gap insurance but they still added other fees to my vehicle and made me sign for them without telling me there would be additional charges. It was closing time and I was rushed through the buying process, so I didn't realize what happened until later. I was told to sign several documents and unaware that I was consenting to $1400 in unwanted charges. Someone offered to take a point off my interest rate since they were dishonest, but later reneged and wouldn't return my calls. I asked them to contact me by email for documentation, but they continued to contact me by phone. I've tried to reach the General Manager Nick Hobbs several times, but never received the courtesy of a response after repeated attempts via phone and email. I received a letter stating to contact Nick Hobbs if I had any questions or concerns about my purchase. I thought the least he could do was give me the courtesy of a response when I reached out to him. I strongly encourage buying from somewhere where your business is valued and appreciated. Buying a car shouldn't be a humiliating experience. More

Th e surge valve is right in front of you and only 2 bolts to remove. The national average for thejob according to the repair website is between $240 and $340 including the part ($125). The service manager handled my complaint by telling me they did not care what anyone else charged-he just kept saying 4 hours x $150 is $600, They padded the hours outrageously, were rude in response and the GM has not returned a call.I posted this review on Facebook and 50 neighbors have all ready commented with similar experiences there. 2ND MUSTANG 2018 OIL CHANGE and THEN SOME I had a 2017 5.0 Mustang I bought from Five Star Ford and liked it, Came up here for my oil changes and they were great Cameron is cool and helpful in I had a 2017 5.0 Mustang I bought from Five Star Ford and liked it, Came up here for my oil changes and they were great Cameron is cool and helpful in the customer service group, The customer service and staff and everyone are very nice. Mike Seay who sold me the 2017 5.0 Mustang was awesome. Now I have a 2018 5.0 Mustang that Pervis sold to me and I love this one more than 2017. Once again the customer service was great and the staff stays consistent with excellent customer service. On a side note my Fiancé was in an accident with her vehicle a Volkswagen Wagon Tiguan. Someone hit her in the back of the SUV. The others person Insurance company gave he several places for collision repair to go to. Volkswagon Collision repair was south GA. One of the choices was to go to Five Star Ford, I told her yes take your car there to Five Star Ford they will take care of you great customer service. Now I’m waiting on my 2018 GT 5.0 oil change and just in hanging out everyone is very nice. It’s always good to see Pervis and Mike Seay and Cameron who is always helpful and kind in the customer service dept. I just had to give a quick shout out to Five Star Ford ***** Great Dealer Ship. Someone from the dealer called me to see how it was going( very nice) and I told the lady what happened. She said the service manager would call me the next day...nothing heard.
