Quick Service My 2019 Edge steering wheel was peeling. Hunter had me send him some pictures when I spoke with him on the phone. He called me 2 days later and let me know the steering wheel was covered and the part had been ordered. I set an appointment for the following week. Thinking I was going to have to spend most of my day at the dealership. To my surprise it took under and hour and I was back on the road with a full day to enjoy. Incompetent service department I had my 2006 Ford van towed because it would quit running for no reason. I sent it to 5 star ford (should be 1 star Ford) because they were close an I had my 2006 Ford van towed because it would quit running for no reason. I sent it to 5 star ford (should be 1 star Ford) because they were close and I thought a Ford dealer could get it going without hassles. It is my work vehicle. WRONG!! $1000 later and with a new mass airflow sensor my van would not even start!! They then decided that it must be coil packs and "radio interference-xxx?? They had the nerve to then quote $1500 to replace 8 coil packs. I was born at night but not last night. I ended up having it towed to get it away from these clowns who can't properly diagnose a problem and want you to pay for all their parts changing- the part they put on did nothing. They have no integrity and no shame to rip people off like they did me. After reading the terrible reviews too late I'm thankful these thieves only got me for $1000. I guess given what I've read I was "lucky" to get it away from them. Towed in and towed out! Worst experience ever! If you have a choice AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! More
