Horrible service advisors They don't know what the xxxx they are talking about when it comes to Ford recalls. Have the paper work that clearly states what to do. I will never refer this dealership for nothing and I even purchased my truck from them. I own a towing company and will refer all my customers to Byron Ford or Perry Ford. More

Service for my 2008 F-150 ABS Great experience! Very professional staff. My specific situation relates to a Comprehensive Insurance Claim. Nic Peters, the Five Star Service w Great experience! Very professional staff. My specific situation relates to a Comprehensive Insurance Claim. Nic Peters, the Five Star Service writer, was terrific. He kept me informed related to the assessment, work performed, and worked closely with the insurance adjusters. It took quite a-bit of effort on his part to present the data related to my claim to the adjustors (three iterations). His patience and resolve resulted in the insurance covering all of the related damage. Im satisfied with the repairs and would not hesitate to recommend Nic and the Five Star service department More
