Oil Change and Tire Rotation The work done was ok, however, the service manager of the Quick Lube need to review past service maintenance done to vehicle before he comes to patron The work done was ok, however, the service manager of the Quick Lube need to review past service maintenance done to vehicle before he comes to patron stating the computer says several items need/were suggested. Some of which are just money makers for the dealership and the others had been accomplished on last service visit, i.e., new tires installed and air filter replacement, battery service for corrosion and sealant added to prevent future corrosion and fuel system injector cleaning . Theses were unnecessary and annoying comments to me of requirements, just a means to add cost to the service call. Lastly, the service writer failed to check that I had extended warranty service for the required service and stated I owed $69 and changed for the work done. I instructed her that this was warranty work and she subsequently checked and gave me a correct invoice. This is careless work and frustrating to the consumer (me). More

I recommend this Ford dealership over other ones due to the explanation of the repairs and I’ll leave and show you what’s going on with the vehicle will bring it around and show you it to you.
