We paid off a vehicle recently and applied for refund of remaining life insurance we had taken out on it. During this process, I got the pleasure of dealing with Ms Leslie Head. Ms Head gives OUTSTANDING customer service. If she tells you she will call you back, she does!!! That's unheard of in this day and age but it really means a lot to the customer. Ms Head is an extremely valuable asset to this dealership. More

What a relief because I was having problems getting the project done and he offered again to swap over another set of rims and tires I have that came off another car his shop had worked on. Besides, they have excellent mechanics and I trust their work. More

Was told clutch needs to be replaced on 2012 fiesta but have to wait 8 weeks for part. Still waiting!. I replaced dead battery on same vehicle only to have warning lights come on along with bad TCM and actuator occur after replacing the battery. While tcm was covered by warranty. I was told the actuator was not and would cost $185. Time and money being spent on my part over quality issues that I shouldn't be having to deal with. More

Horrible Service Dept/Service Manager To say the least, there Service department is severely lacking. To give you the scoop, I had water damage that my insurance covered that requires the To say the least, there Service department is severely lacking. To give you the scoop, I had water damage that my insurance covered that requires the front differential and transmission to be replaced as well as some interior components. My truck was there for over a month and required the company owners executive's involvement to even get it back in that time. When I got my truck back, the seat was not installed correctly, all of the screws were not put back in the console and the engine compartment wasn't detailed even though my insurance paid for it to be done. Immediately, I noticed the transmission was quite right even though it was a brand new transmission direct from Ford. I took it in and was told it was my universal joints which I knew it was not but played along anyway and had them replaced. Problem was not fixed... Now 18 months later, the new transmission is leaking fluid and they say it is not covered by my 3 year unlimited mileage warranty. I call Ford and they said yes it is covered. What is funny is that when the service manager Nic called me back, I called him a m'fr and he got really butt hurt. When Ford called him, he fabricated a story that my truck was used off-road in justifying not covering the warranty. Bottom line is they do not back the workmanship and the quality and timeliness is very very poor! You notice none of their Five Stars on their logo are gold. At least the sky is the limit for improvement because these guys are rock bottom. The good news is there are other reputable Ford service departments in the area and my warrant work is being done... Under Warranty!! More

CarMax: Five Star Ford in Warner Robins does not trust you. I cannot say enough about how superb Ken, the service representative was. The Service Manager and the General Manager at Five Star Ford Warner Robins are another story. Short of a complete catastrophic issue I will not do business with Five Star Ford again because of these two individuals. CarMax -- these two individuals do not trust you. I had extended warranty work done. Before the work was started Ken worked with the CarMax rep to define who would be responsible for what. Simply put, there were pre-approved terms and conditions between CarMax and Five Star Ford and between Five Star Ford and me. Even so, the Service Manager and the General Manager at Five Star Ford do not trust CarMax to honor its commitments. I promptly paid my costs when the paperwork was complete. Even so, these two managers would not release the vehicle too me. As a result of these two individuals I was held hostage for almost two hours waiting for CarMax to pay. CarMax....I can only assume you cheated these guys in the past for them to act in such a manner. They were xxxx bent I could not have my truck until you paid -- even though there were agreed upon terms and conditions between the two companies. Given the superior service I received from you when I bought my truck I was shocked to learn you, CarMax, were considered to be unreliable and completely untrustworthy. I am amazed, given the fact you, CarMax, had to have cheated Five Star Ford in Warner Robins in the past, they would continue to even attempt to do business with such an unreliable, untrustworthy company. These two so-called managers displayed poor judgement in dealing with such a nefarious company as yours CarMax. But...no worries CarMax...if there is a next time for warranty work I will avoid Five Star Ford in Warner Robins like the bubonic plague if at all possible. You honored your commitments via the agreed upon terms and conditions as did I. Five Star Ford in Warner Robins...not so much. Not trustworthy as a company from my personal experience. More

Horrible service department! Do not do business with Five Star Ford's service department. I made an appointment to have my 2013 Ford Explorer serviced, not only was the customer Do not do business with Five Star Ford's service department. I made an appointment to have my 2013 Ford Explorer serviced, not only was the customer service horrible. The service department manager was totally incompetent and had no knowledge of Ford's warranty policies. My explorer would show shift to park while in park. Ford released a memo for this issue and gave step by step instructions on how to correct this "known" problem. The service manager told me the message would have to be seen by the technician to be repaired. I asked him if they did in fact shift the car from drive to park and he said no. I asked how can this be fixed if you do not troubleshoot this issue, he had no answer and he hadn't even seen the memo released by Ford. Not only did they not fix that issue, they didn't even fix the two recalls on my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with this department at all. More
