Outstanding Service by Service Rep Nick Peters I dropped my vehicle off at the early bird drop off. NIC was great, he contacted me and let me know what was wrong with my car and what it would cost I dropped my vehicle off at the early bird drop off. Without all of their normal tools and resources (due to severe weather, intermittent power and computer systems) Billy was able to figure out what what wrong and found a quick fix that allowed me to drive my vehicle that day. Excellent Service Provided I called in a frenzy because my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid wouldn't do anything, I couldn't unlock the doors, couldn't get into the vehicle whatsoever. I called in a frenzy because my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid wouldn't do anything, I couldn't unlock the doors, couldn't get into the vehicle whatsoever. Nic Peters answered the phone and put me at ease right away letting me know exactly how I could expose a key hole to manually get into the vehicle and diagnosed my problem right over the phone. It was awesome to have a good idea of what was wrong and a price before I went for service. Not to mention, I didn't make an appt, he said bring it on in and I will get you taken care of. Upon my arrival, Nic took my vehicle, showed me where to get comfortable while waiting, then brought me back outside to teach me a few things about my vehicle that I was unaware of. He was awesome, VERY professional and courteous to me. I would recommend anyone I know to ask for Nic, he rocks :) More

Great Service Department Took my truck in after getting a check engine light on the way home from a family vacation. My truck was taken in immediately, despite my dropping it Took my truck in after getting a check engine light on the way home from a family vacation. My truck was taken in immediately, despite my dropping it off late in the evening. The next morning I was notified of the cause, and was told it was covered under warranty. The part was ordered and my truck was quickly returned, running better than ever. Nic Peters provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. He kept me notified about everything that was happening and walked me through what repairs were performed. Amazing experience! More
Expectations Exceeded I paid an unannounced visit to your service department this afternoon with problems with my 2017 -F250. I was greeted immediately by Mr. Nic Peters. I I paid an unannounced visit to your service department this afternoon with problems with my 2017 -F250. I was greeted immediately by Mr. Nic Peters. I explained my problem while he finished up some paperwork. He indicated as I suspected all techs were engaged but he was familiar with my problem. In very short order he finished up what he was doing, told one of your employees to bring in my truck and told her to be careful with it as it was a 70K truck. next he grabbed a simple wrench and proceeded to fix my problem. In addition he took the time to explain what he was doing and why so if it occurred again I could easily fix it my self. The short encounter with Mr. Peters made me feel wanted, that he was competent, and took time to fix my problem on a late Friday. He is credit to your organization and prime example of a Top notch employee. This is my first Ford Truck and first new vehicle from your dealership. WOW great experience all around. Service Center I had a problem with my brakes making a "hissing" noise. I called and spoke with Nicki first. She was familiar with my problem and was able to get me I had a problem with my brakes making a "hissing" noise. I called and spoke with Nicki first. She was familiar with my problem and was able to get me in for an appointment the same day. After arriving I spoke with Nic. He understood the problem ASAP. He informed me in a detail and concise manner as the problem and how he would fix it. At 0837 the next morning he called saying the car was done this surprised me cause I thought I wouldn't hear anything until about 1300hrs. I came picked up the truck and he broke down in detail the problem and showing me on the manifest sheet. My experience was great and one of the best! I live in MO and drove to GA prior to coming to GA I went to dealership in MO and was disappointed . I'm glad the service I got here in WR was great and Nic did an EXCELLENT JOB!! More
