Friendly, Helpful Service Department! Am new to the area so I brought my car to Five Star Quick Lane for a regular oil change and overall check. My tires were very worn and needed replacing immediately. Before purchasing new tires, I asked to speak to a sales person as I was considering a trade. Bill , in the Quick Lane Center, gave me the name of a salesman to talk to. To make a long story short, I ended up purchasing a new vehicle since mine was old. Was not pressured in any way. Everyone gave good advice and I am very happy with my new car. More

Excellent service dept Had an issue with headrest on our F-150. Stopped in and Nic Peters had us fixed and on our way in less than 2 minutes! On other occasions we had the nitrogen adjusted in our tires and Christian was the service tech, taking excellent care of us in a very timely and efficient manner.
