I went to get my first oil change. Hall Chapman did an excellent job in the sales portion of the buying experience. My problems were in the finance department. Hall and I worked for 2 hours to get my payment where I needed it and finance foun the buying experience. My problems were in the finance department. Hall and I worked for 2 hours to get my payment where I needed it and finance found a way to jack the payment right back up to where we started! Very disappointing! I was told Ford covered my new truck for the life of the truck so why did I need another warranty? The negotiated payment the sales department helps me to achieve should never waver once you’re in the finance department. They made me feel like I needed the added coverage when I know I didn’t. Just left an uneasy feeling that I had been snookered. ☹️ More
