Ms Head gives OUTSTANDING customer service. If she tells you she will call you back, she does!!! That's unheard of in this day and age but it really means a lot to the customer. Service not up to par I will update this review later as warranted but right now I am disatisfied with service support. Was told clutch needs to be replaced on 2012 fiesta I will update this review later as warranted but right now I am disatisfied with service support. Was told clutch needs to be replaced on 2012 fiesta but have to wait 8 weeks for part. Still waiting!. I replaced dead battery on same vehicle only to have warning lights come on along with bad TCM and actuator occur after replacing the battery. While tcm was covered by warranty. I was told the actuator was not and would cost $185. Time and money being spent on my part over quality issues that I shouldn't be having to deal with. More
