Excellent Service Provided I called in a frenzy because my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid wouldn't do anything, I couldn't unlock the doors, couldn't get into the vehicle whatsoever. I called in a frenzy because my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid wouldn't do anything, I couldn't unlock the doors, couldn't get into the vehicle whatsoever. Nic Peters answered the phone and put me at ease right away letting me know exactly how I could expose a key hole to manually get into the vehicle and diagnosed my problem right over the phone. It was awesome to have a good idea of what was wrong and a price before I went for service. Not to mention, I didn't make an appt, he said bring it on in and I will get you taken care of. Upon my arrival, Nic took my vehicle, showed me where to get comfortable while waiting, then brought me back outside to teach me a few things about my vehicle that I was unaware of.
