And surprisingly when i was down tl two vehicles the salesman, Jerry Grey, was suggesting/favoring the cheaper of the two (which I expect salesman to push for the more expensive because of commission). Jerry worked with my mom, who was helping me while in another state via the phone and was very open to her suggestions. Only thing that was a downfall is it took quite a while. I think part of that was because the salesman was still trying to sell me the car that I already decided was the one. My only suggestion would be to talk a bit less. More

New Truck Purchase Excellent customer service! We found our truck online on Saturday night. I sent the "availability request email" at 8p. We received a call from GM @ 8 Excellent customer service! We found our truck online on Saturday night. I sent the "availability request email" at 8p. We received a call from GM @ 8:05pm. We made arrangements to come down on Monday morning to view truck since Sunday was Mother's Day. Sunday midmorning we received an email with 2 videos showing us our truck inside and out that was made strictly for us. This was especially nice since the dealership was supposed to be closed on Sundays. Monday we came down (80 mile drive) and purchased the truck for the price that was quoted online and over phone. No hassles, no haggling. It was the smoothest experience from start to finish. We had our financing in place before going to dealership. I would highly recommend Five Star Ford Lincoln. More
