Already made my first payment but I still have not received my license plate yet. Contacted the office and I was asked to call the tax office. It sounded not right, but I still called the tax office because I needed my license plate before the temporary expired. Called the tax office twice and received the same answer that the dealership office should have called the tax office because the customer paid the dealership for service. I contacted Five Star Ford by email more than three times, and called them more than three times but it was straight to the voicemail. I left my message but never received a call back. Conclusion: Great service at the time of purchase, but terrible service after purchase completed. I cannot drive my truck until I receive the license plate. More

I had a fantastic experience looking at and ultimately purchasing a new Expedition from Megan at Five Star Ford. She showed me several vehicles and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questi purchasing a new Expedition from Megan at Five Star Ford. She was very laid back and a pleasure to converse with, she ensured I was comfortable during the waiting period and offered me something to drink. The vehicle was sourced out of Tuscaloosa, Alabama and the folks at Five Star were able to send a driver that evening for the vehicle and they had it ready for me the following morning. Hade My Stang in for a Recall and Billy Fletcher did an amazing job. Being retired from the Car Business, I know how a service department can give you the run around. Billy doesn't at all. He tellls you the truth, he doesn't do any un-necessary upselling. He knows his cars, he not some young kid they just hired. I have dealt with him over a decade. I will continue to use their service department as long as Billy is still there. If you want the honest truth, even if iot hurts, go to Billy- he will shoot you straight. Also side not- If your a consumer, stop relying on the dealership to give you a loaner, try in advance to set it up, they dont just have cars to hand out. I handled my own situation without my car, I didnt demand it from the dealer. You know cars break down, they are man made, so prepare for this. You guys also need to update the staff on all review sites- I see people who have been gone over a decade. You dont have recent employees- and that's on most sites I went to- Thats on the ownership.
