Go see Tim Denton. Everyone was exceptionally nice and accommodating. We were looking for my daughters first vehicle, we had been to multiple dealerships. Giving three stars for this service. Went in for my first 5000 mile service on my 2019 Ford Ranger. They were also fixing a recall and rotating my tires. I have been done on tire rotation before and s 5000 mile service on my 2019 Ford Ranger. They were also fixing a recall and rotating my tires. I have been done on tire rotation before and so as I always do I marked a tire. I was charged for this. When I got onto the lot after getting my truck from service, I checked and the tires had not been rotated. I went back to service and the service manager and they agreed it had not been done. They said that the mechanics work in pairs and sometimes don't talk to each other. That is a feeble excuse to me. They did fix it straight away. The thing is if I hadn't marked a tire I would have been none the wiser. Nick Mitchell More
