My husband and I purchased a Ford Ranger Sport XLT Oct 24. Our Salesperson was Marcayll Jones and he was great from beginning to end. He may not have been updated on any reward point changes but neither w 24. Our Salesperson was Marcayll Jones and he was great from beginning to end. He may not have been updated on any reward point changes but neither was the internet or even Ford Motor Company Customer Relations in Dearborn Michigan. We were told that we would be getting 41,000 points but when they loaded the information to our account it was only 31,000. I contacted Marcayll about the situation and requested he get back with me to explain but he never did. I then called and left 4 different messages with Elvis Randolph trying to get some answers and he never returned my calls. I then called Dearborn and the women I spoke with said we should have gotten the 41,000 but she was going to transfer me to a rep to handle the transaction. When the rep looked at my account she said there was nothing that could be done as the dealership turned the paperwork stating that was what I had earned. After much conversation she said the change had to come from the dealership. I then called Marcayll again and didn't speak to him as he was in a meeting but he did text me back and said "all new cars is 31,000 points" he also stated he tried to get more information but they repeated to him that it was only 31,000 period. He apologized for making a mistake about the 41,000. My issue is not with Marcayll but the disregard from all that I have an issue and no one can or even will speak to me about it. It is the management side I have a problem with. We will not be going back for service or any other future sales. More

Is Service important, might want to buy a Chevy. Dropped off my Mustang with a rattle under car with an appointment and I paid for a rental. Did they get right on it..No!!! After 3 days it had still not even been test driven. We picked up the car to turn in the rental and wait on a part "Ordered" based on the diagnoses I got from another shop. He assured me it would be "a few days" fast forward 2 weeks and still no call but I get get call from customer service to ask about my experience. I have already got it at another dealership to see if they care more about their customers. I doesn't seem so. FORD Service Depts are the new Slimey Used Car Salesmen of the past. They don't care about Warranty and Recall work as it doesn't make them as much money. I would seek out a different vehicle brand and certainly nothing with 5 Star in the name. Buyer Beware, they all like the sales and that is where it seems to end. More
