Devin and Ryan were amazing, they got me into my new RAM 1500 Limited with ease and got me a lower payment than I expected. Devin even helped me move my stuff from my old truck to my new one. I would recommend the service dept. of this dealership because I've had no experience with the sales dept. I've been doing business here for four years since relocating back here from Virginia. This parti because I've had no experience with the sales dept. I've been doing business here for four years since relocating back here from Virginia. This particular visit was for a routine oil change. By the way, I chose the Best Service this time. I was greeted by an service advisor J. Crowe who treated me as if we'd known one another all our lives. She was professional and knowledgeable while recommending other services as well as offering an option to pay for the more expensive ones. I like the fact that she wasn't pushy when I declined the other services. Gino (hope I spelled his name correctly) was the technician who seemed not to mind while I observed him working on my car. He, too, was professional when questioning me about the car. I could tell he cared and I didn't have a problem answering him because it helped him during the diagnostic phase. He did compliment me on the car's condition and could tell it had taken care of. It's a 2013 Chrysler 300AWD HEMI V-8 which I've owned since 2015. In closing, I've been greatly satisfied with the service and enjoy interacting with the personnel. I will go back and get the other work done. More
No way to give a negative unfortunately. My saga started off Sunday morning as I went out and my 2016 Jeep Renegade refused to start. We tried all the home remedies and nothing worked, so, being new to Mac off Sunday morning as I went out and my 2016 Jeep Renegade refused to start. We tried all the home remedies and nothing worked, so, being new to Macon, I did a google search and found a nearby dealership; Five Star Jeep Chrysler Dodge. It was close and so I called the, scheduled an appointment and arranged for a tow truck. Once the truck had left, I called them back and told them the Jeep was on it's way. I was told that since it was being towed now, they would move me up on the schedule and someone would call me; cool. I waited and waited and then got busy and by the time I realized I hadn't been called, it was to late to call them and get a live person. I called and left a message to please call me ASAP as I needed to find out about my Jeep and make arrangements for travel/work etc. The next morning, after waiting an hour after they opened, with no phone call, I tried to call back. Guess what? One of the google numbers is a dud. I kept getting busy signal, busy signal (got calls on my phone, so it wasn't my end). So I borrowed a car (Thank You!) and drove to the dealership thinking maybe their phone system was out; it wasn't. When I said maybe someone should check their google listing I was told 'I don't have any control over that', accompanied by the laughter of another employee. Attitude, nice. Then THEY DIDN'T KNOW MY JEEP WAS THERE. I was asked 'Do you see it?' Do I see it? On your lot? The place I called to confirm it was being brought there; no, I didn't see it A different employee stepped up then, went to look for it, came back with my key fob that has been left in the Jeep. Good thing it wouldn't start, huh? Otherwise someone could have had a free Jeep. Well now that I was there in person they put my service request into their system and got my info and told me someone would call. I even got a text message from Derek (whom I'm told is a manager) and he said to let him know if I had questions. A few hours past, no one calls, I text Derek. Derek does not text back. I call the dealership, I'm assure someone will call me as they are running the diagnostic on my vehicle. Three guesses? No phone call, nothing, no communication whatsoever. Once again the day got away with me, I left a message. This morning (Day 3) I called them up to let them know that I was retrieving my Jeep and would not need their services. The girl on the phone proceeded to interrupt me with excuse after excuse. I told her the convo was over, I was sending a tow truck, could they possibly be able to direct him to my Jeep or did I need to be there in person to do that, too? In summation, I talked to Larry at Larry Bush tires who was more helpful in 5 seconds than Five Star has been in 3 days. He is getting my business now. Don't go here, they are full of excuses, attitude and incompetence. And although Larry has not seen my Jeep yet, I'm sure he'll do an fantastic job just from a 5 minute phone conversation. Five Star seems content to be non communicative about an essential part of everyday life; your car. Avoid them. More
I called to set a test drive with a specific vehicle as seen on their site. The sales rep Ms Dorothy Lamar haves me a heads up that someone else had their eye on the vehicle. Made my way out there earli seen on their site. The sales rep Ms Dorothy Lamar haves me a heads up that someone else had their eye on the vehicle. Made my way out there earlier then anticipated. Ms. Dorothy was very patient and kind. She also like to get to know her customers. She took her time to go over the vehicle we were in, BUT I ended up getting a different SUV due to color. Lol More

Tim communicated quickly and smoothed out every concern or question we had. Rohan was thorough and obliging. With the deal done....we love the car. They all worked to make it happen and we're glad to have had the experience of dealing with all of them. Five Star really deserves ten stars! More
