Ethan Estenoz was a great sales man and I rated him a 10+++, however the man who I dealt with on the financial end was not so great. I would rate his professionalism a 3---. He was very upset that I would not bend for the GAP plan with my contract. I was very angry with how his reacted towards my denial of the plan was and I didnt appreciate how he turned a good situation to an ugly one. I explained everything to Ethan and I assured him that what the finance guy did would not deter me from giving him a high rating or bringing him more clients. Went for oil lube and tire rotation. Took them over 1 1/2 hours to do this when I scheduled the earliest appointment and was the second customer in the door. Oil change cost $54.00 (FOR THE BASIC!) Tire rotation was high, but more reasonable, and they charged me $10.00 just to put on wiper blades.... maybe that's why the service took so long... NOT. Will never come back. More

After two months, a dealer tag, another temporary tag issued by the the County, we went to the Tag office for the 3rd time and were still told that Five Star had not seen to it that the title paperwork w issued by the the County, we went to the Tag office for the 3rd time and were still told that Five Star had not seen to it that the title paperwork was filed in order for us to buy a tag. The tag clerk in our county called and was treated rudely by employees of Five Star and could even hear them making fun of her while she was talking to a clerk. One clerk, a black man said, I dont even know why She talking to me, Im in Finance. My husband spoke with an Aaron who was rude and said "You need to hold on" implying that he isnt going to talk to him that way. My husband never said a rude thing but apparently this jerk didnt like his tone. Who wouldnt have a tone in their voice after all this?.I spoke with a Patrick Hoye who was very condescending to me when I asked him his last name. He let me know that this was his second time telling me his last name. He was very rude . The only positive thing I can say is he promised to overnight another drive out tag to us. Which by the way is illegal since the State of Georgia has laws that say only two temp tags can be issued.They want to sell you a car but they dont give a crap about you after they sell it. They have an office full of people but apparently most of them dont care at all about customer service. The Customer setvice there is the poorest Ive seen. What kind of employee is rude to their Customer? You can get better service at a drive thru window than you can from these people. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Who knows my car may be stolen or something? Something isnt Kosher with this situation. More

My husband and I signed for a used car April 30,2011 and was told mid part of June to bring car back because bank had not approved the loan. Five Star lied to my husband and I from the jump start. Finance manager told me to make first payment to Five Star which I found to be a bit shady ( I had already recieved a letter of denial from finance company), which at this point I asked if they wanted the car back. He stated no that the deal is for us to pay the first month payment to them and the finance company will send payment letters/approved. I took it upon myself to make a call to the finance company regarding this, I was told that the loan was denied and that did not make such deal with Five Star Dodge. I informed the finance manager of this, I was told them to bring the car back or they would have it towed from either my workplace or home forfeiting my deposit. I felt horrible, by the unprofessionalism from the manager, finance manager and salesperson. I was furious because I had no other transporation after riding in this car for near three months. The finance manager and manager had no heart or emotions about the way I was being treated. I was even told that I should appreciate them trying to get me the car. But, never did they once apologize for lying to us. The only thing they were concerned about was the sale. By the way there was little gas in the car, we had to ask them to detail the car, they left someone else personal information in the dash board of the car, and got only one key and was told that was all they had. Customer Service? Where and from who at this place. Professional? Where and from who. Its like a factory line of meat being processed, not taking in consideration to the care, quality, accurate information, and importantly loyalty. My husband and I was upfront with them about our poor credit history and where we wanted our payments. We were honest with them and we expected them to do same. We expect no one to be perfect but just be upfront with things. THERE WAS NONE! I will never go back to Five Star Dodge if it was the only car lot on the face of the earth...I'll rather walk. More

I have been looking to buy a used Dodge Charger SRT 8 for months, I researched and found what I wanted. I went to a different dealership because of a friend that worked there, they "found" me a car that was months, I researched and found what I wanted. I went to a different dealership because of a friend that worked there, they "found" me a car that was way over my budget and when I insisted that I couldn't afford that car, the scoffed and said they'd find one cheaper. I found the car and they didn't want to get the car but at my husband's insistance they tried but they still charged me almost $10,000 over what that car was worth, we knew then that we couldn't deal with that dealership. We had been pre-approved through our credit card company and decided to try and see if we could go that route in getting a car. Five Star Dodge was listed as the dealership to talk to. We called and set up an appointment and all of my expectations were met. They found me a car, worked out the details and the deal was sealed the same day. The car was 1000 miles away and it was in my hands in a week, and I was so proud of the car and the people at the dealership, they helped me when I thought no one would. I will definitely be buying my cars from this dealership from now on. A big thanks goes to Mr Ben Goodman for doing all you could in my search, you did a great job and to Marcus for hanging in there with us. I have had bought plenty of vehicles in my past, and the friendliness, enthusiasm and quality of service was outstanding. They provided me with all the information necessary to make a well informed decision, and they never made me feel forced to buy a vehicle. The way they do business is very upfront and disclosing all the numbers on a very clean way. This is the first time I have bought a vehicle from Five Star and definitely from now on this will be the only dealership I will do business with. Thank you Five Star Team!!! More
