New car purchase I've been searching on the internet for a new Mazda 3s hatchback and decided to give Five Star a call. I was put in contact with sales agent Dorothy L I've been searching on the internet for a new Mazda 3s hatchback and decided to give Five Star a call. I was put in contact with sales agent Dorothy Lamar and couldn't have had a better person handle my purchase. I've never been to the dealership mainly because I live 150 miles away,but I was willing to drive if need be. Over the coarse of the negotiation I decided on a 2015 Mazda 6 touring (red of coarse) instead and couldn't have been happier. Five Star doesn't tack on a huge dealer prep fee on top of their internet price like a lot of the Florida dealers do, that range from $499 to $899. In less than 24hours from my initial call, I had this beautiful red Mazda 6 delivered to my house. Now how is that for curb service? I feel like I got an excellent deal and a smooth transaction without ever leaving the house and I even had a trade in they drove back to the dealership. Dorothy is a very courteous sales agent and kept in constant contact with me that made this one of the fastest hassle free new car purchase I have ever made. To all you internet shoppers out there you owe it to yourself to give Five Star a call. Be sure to ask for Dorothy and tell her Jim sent you. A satisfied customer, Jim Kelty More
I first went looking to buy tried to get sales manager to give me a deal because they wanted $5,000 more then another place but he would not even a single penny off so I bought my Jeep else where howeve give me a deal because they wanted $5,000 more then another place but he would not even a single penny off so I bought my Jeep else where however I took my new Jeep to "five star" reason I got hit so I took it to "five star" to allow them to repair damage and before this they had changed my jeep oil more then 5 times but after they repaired my jeep I notice dirt in the paint "five star" painted and the intena was very loose so I took my jeep back not once but total of 5 times but never was the issues fixed the last time today and NEVER EVER WILL I GO BACK I AM STILL BLOWN AWAY HOW RUDE "SCOTT" WAS NOW I WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT "FIVE STAR" WORD OF MOUTH IS THE BEST AND I WILL BE USING MY MOUTH A WHOLE LOTS THANKS I RATE FIVE STAR WORST DEALERSHIP EVER More

I was greeted then shuffled into an office then hurried into a credit application even though i said in the onset I had no credit at all. The salesman kept stopping periodically to go do other things leaving me and my wife in the office for about ten minute intervals at a time. He also put my wife's info on the credit application when I never actually said we were doing a joint application. After about an hour he finally tells me unfortunately there's nothing they can do for me. 1. I've never financed a car in my life but I do know if you put a very large down payment even with no credit you can finance a vehicle yet he never gave me the option. 2.He never even asked if I had a someone who would co-sign for me ( Which I do) 3. Lastly my wife had important financial information that was given to him to print that was never returned to us and when she called she was given no help to locate or rectify the situation the Secretary and Mr Hodges took a oh well that's your problem stance. I'm glad they said there's nothing they can do for me cause I would not want to give any business to such ungrateful non helpful people. More

I chose to have my 2011 Chevy Camaro SS repaired @ Five Star Collision Center with the manager David Sullivan on 5/6/13. I picked the vehicle up 5/10/13. On 5/13/13, I opened the trunk and noticed that the Star Collision Center with the manager David Sullivan on 5/6/13. I picked the vehicle up 5/10/13. On 5/13/13, I opened the trunk and noticed that the panel cover over the rear lights had been scratched and abused by whoever repaired the accident rear damage. I spoke with David Sullivan and he stated that the abuse and damage did not happen at his shop. I bought this vehicle from this Five Star Dealership. I have also purchased 6 vehicles from Dorothy Lamar @ this dealership since 2003. Is this how you treat your loyal customers- damage their vehicles and make up an excuse to get out of paying for the damages? On 5/13/13, I ordered and will pay for the new panel myself from the Five Star Dealership in Warner Robins. I don't appreciate being treated this way. I have had David Sullivan to repair two other vehicles of minds and have never experienced any problems up to now.These damages did occur in the Collision Center David Sullivan manages. This complaint is not on the Dealership, it is on the Collision Center on Riverside Drive- Macon, GA. More
