My service consultant was excellent even though it took almost 3 hours for a routine oil change. He kept me updated during the entire process. We brought our car in for a major diagnosis of lifter noise. The reception was friendly and competent and so was the service. We had to wait for our Grand Cherokee for a couple of weeks due to parts ava noise. The reception was friendly and competent and so was the service. Kassey Hall, in the service dept, got my Fleet vehicle repaired and out much quicker than I expected. He also told me about a recall item and offered to replace that part while my vehicle was there!
