Very disappointed after having to wait for 2.5 hours for an oil change. After calling service manager he was surprised to hear this. My appointment was on time but the time allowed for the service was misinformed to me. Luckily I didn’t have to be anywhere. The female service tech was helpful where as the male tech up and left w/o notic service was misinformed to me. Luckily I didn’t have to be anywhere. I tried to do the mobile check in. It would not work. I parked in the mobile check in areas. Went to the door. It was still locked as it was 7:30 right when they opened for the day. The whole staff was very unprofessional and very much seemed like they were there for a paycheck and was working by force. Not the atmosphere I am accustomed to at Delta Airlines, Hilton Hotels, or Chick-fil-A. When I picked up my car I had to go find someone in the building and it seemed like all was to busy engaged in personal conversations with their co-workers and was bothered when I had to clear my throat to get their attention. I had to call to see if my vehicle was ready. No talking to me of what they did with the recall of my airbags. No mentioning to me if they checked my car for any issues or anything. Just a "I will get your car for you" More
