Customer service since the minute I walked in with my 2 kids and my mom was priority here. Very friendly. My cars transmission blew on the same street as this dealership. I had to buy a car. I bought a car kids and my mom was priority here. Very friendly. My cars transmission blew on the same street as this dealership. I had to buy a car. I bought a car. From here. I get home and take it to 2 shops. Both confirm torque converfailure. Metal shavings in the oil pan. I paid cash for this new used vehicle. $21,000. They aren't covering any of this. I purchased this car 6 weeks ago. My number is getting passed between to say there's nothing they can do. Morally, this establishment is not there. Knowing the cars are faulty and robbing people. Well, where to begin.. I drive 300 miles from SC to purchase a used 2021 Ram1500 Ecodiesel with only 6k miles on it..when I get there it has a engine light on saying oil pressure low..salesman tells me purchase a used 2021 Ram1500 Ecodiesel with only 6k miles on it..when I get there it has a engine light on saying oil pressure low..salesman tells me it's a factory recall and not to worry about it that it will be taken care of.. I agree to go forward with the purchase and they tell me they just got the part in and it won't take long to install it..about 1.5 hrs later it's all done and I've signed paperwork and it's my truck.. I drive it 5 miles and the light comes back on, so I take it back and they talk for a bit and tell me it will take about 50 miles or so to take effect and the oil pressure is fine. So like an idiot I drive back to SC and schedule a appt with my local Dodge dealership. They drop the oil pan and they are metal shavings all in the pan. So they basically on purposely sold me a dangerous defective vehicle on purpose because they knew about it and didn't want to deal with an entire engine replacement, which now I have to do. It's buyer beware I understand that but be aware that this place is very shady and do not trust them, any of them from sales or service, they were all in on it..Its all under warranty but im still out the money for a car rental for who knows long and the fact of paying for a truck I can't see or drive for who knows how long.. I see alot of follow up responses from the owner of 5star..betcha I won't get one.. More

Saw a vehicle online, contacted the internet sales rep to confirm the price of the vehicle and that it was available, and scheduled an appointment to see that vehicle and 2 others that I was interested in te confirm the price of the vehicle and that it was available, and scheduled an appointment to see that vehicle and 2 others that I was interested in test driving. I had 2 follow up conversations the day of the appointment to make sure everything was a go. When I arrive at the dealership and meet the rep, he tells me he had gotten the vehicle that was at another lot for me. When I asked if the original vehicle I had inquired about was still available, he told me that he had just found out this morning that there was an error in pricing and that vehicle was actually 10,000 more than what was advertised. I initially walked away, but wanted to give them a chance to make it right. The dealer, Coy, went to get a manager who told me that the dealership can't be held responsible for 3rd party internet pricing errors. When you call the dealership, it informs you the call is being recorded, but I guarantee they won't have the recording of my call with April, who works for the dealership confirming the price of the vehicle. I was livid. If I thought it would be worth the hassle, I would consider a law suit. More
I drove over 4 hrs to deal with Warner Robin's five star CDJR. Best deal on my trade, no haggling back and forth. Made the deal over the phone. Highly recommend CDJR. Best deal on my trade, no haggling back and forth. Made the deal over the phone. Highly recommend More
