I just bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and I love it! I had been looking all day for a particular Jeep and found one just like I wanted at Five Star. Our salesman Kevin Dickson is not your typical fast talking pushy salesperson. He was great. Very polite and very honest person to deal with. Went in looking for a used Jeep Unlimited, been shopping hard for three days. Showed up at 7:50pm and they close at 8:00pm. Saw a used Jeep in the back I had asked questions about. The next morning I receiv hard for three days. Showed up at 7:50pm and they close at 8:00pm. Saw a used Jeep in the back I had asked questions about. The next morning I received a call and email telling me what the vehicle was and miles etc.... They worked with me on a Hard Top as the one I was looking at had a soft top only. The General Manager called me on the phone, told me he had a brand new one sitting around and would add that to the deal, they detailed the car and filled the gas tank up for me. I arrived to see this used vehicle and to my surprise, everything was done perfectly and it looked so good I thought it was a 2011 model. I went into buy a 2008 used Black Unlimited and to all of our surprise, that used model I was looking at was a 2010. They didn't even flinch and they said we told you a price based on a 2008 and they had no problem doing the deal. I was in and out in 15 minutes - No JOKE. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Ronnie and his crew are wonderful and I will be back to make my next JEEP Purchase. Good selection and even better people.
