Horrible experience. I was ripped off when they said they were trying to help me with my first car purchase. Traded that car into a different dealership due to it being a complete lemon. Five star cancelled my gap insurance account however failed to mention I had to write a letter to the company to stop them from charging my account. Staff was rude and condescending. My husband and I were looking to purchase a new truck and we knew we wanted a Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab. We saw the truck we wanted the moment we stepped inside the showroom.
