December 10, 2013 To Whom It May Concern: On November December 10, 2013 To Whom It May Concern: On November 2, 2013, my wife and I stopped in Warner Robins Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Watson Blvd. to look at December 10, 2013 To Whom It May Concern: On November 2, 2013, my wife and I stopped in Warner Robins Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Watson Blvd. to look at cars. Devin Burns, a salesman greeted us and we inquired about a Jeep Liberty. We asked how much it was he checked and told us it was $16,400. I thought it was a fair price for a car with 34000 miles, so we took it for a test drive. My wife and I were both interested and wanted more information. Would you replace the tires? (the ones in the front were worn). What about the spare key? Would we get floor mats? We also asked if $16,400.00 was the best price he could do and was told that was the lowest price he could offer! He then took us inside, pulled up the blue book on the jeep, and showed us it was $18,000. The sales manager worked up a contract including a maintenance agreement and interest amount for a loan. Then we went to the finance manager’s office, and signed the papers and left with an agreement on getting the tires replaced on Monday, as this was on Saturday. Devin said he would get us the key and mats when the title came in. A few days later I was called in to sign more papers that he forgot to get signed I noticed the price on the top line was 18,011.69 not 16,400 and I asked about it. The finance manager kept focusing our attention to the bottom of the contract, again I asked about the price difference and he said the archives were deleted and he could not check on the quoted price, Really? I was not born yesterday! Just because you sell a vehicle, all of the records and information are still in the computer’s server system. It was then I realized he was not going to change the price, to the price that Devin had quoted us. He did not bother to check to see if what I was saying was true! As of today, we still have not received the floor mats! We finally received the spare key (a locksmith had to cut one for us on site – what happened to the spare key that was going to be delivered to the dealership along with the title?) Yet another lie? We feel that we were taken advantage of, lied to, cheated out of our money $16,400.00 was magically changed to $18,011.69 (the same price that Devin showed us as the Blue Book Value). It seems that your customer satisfaction policy is only good until the loan papers are signed! Now most people would feel embarrassed to admit they were taken advantage of, but I feel it would be worse to let them fall victim to your false promises and price sleight of hand tricks. If you can’t honor something as miniscule as floor mats, then people should know there only treated good until the papers are signed and you got their money. Now after all this, why should I believe you will honor the maintenance agreement? Sincerely and Severely Disappointed! More

He walked me through every step from the beginning to the end and couldn't have been more helpful. My wife and I had our 2 young daughters with us and he kept them occupied while we explored the vehicles which made the experience way less stressful for those that have children you know what I mean. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I am on my 23rd vehicle, so I have been around the sales industry for a while. I HIGHLY suggest this dealership and Jeff as a salesman! you will not be disappointed! More
I had a very bad experience with one of the employees at this dealership a few months ago. I was sure I'd never go back there until jeremy contacted me on one of the other review sites. After the relationship I had with this dealer it was only fair that I give them a chance to right the wrong of one worthless employee, which doesn't work there anymore fyi. Well brandon and jeremy went above and beyond to make sure I got the deal I was looking for. The only reason I didn't drive that truck home was no fault of theirs. I'm more then satisfied with fivestar and how quickly they reached out to me to resolve the problem. Glad to, cause I didn't feel comfortable shopping else where. More
I want to thank the Five Star team for all their assistance. I came in with the everything I wanted in a car and showed Mr. Don Johnson. It took about a week to get the car in but they accommodated me with a loaner car and gas while I waited so no out of pocket fees for me on gas that week. Once my car arrived they gave it to me on a full tank of gas. I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend you guys to my friends. More

I wont bore you with he details But these people had A+ Customer service at 5:00 pm ON a Friday. I have 25 years in Customer service and 35 years as a CAr Nut. My time at Five Star changed my bad attitude about dealership. If you need a car New or Used ,Go see Five star. More
