Service Dept Took my Shaker Challenger in for a oil change the other day. Kyle Horton was my Service Writer. He was very nice and eager to serve me. He took all my information and even advised me that there were 2 upgrades to my car that they would perform. All work was done in a timely manner. Service Department The service department was not honest with me when I dropped off my new Jeep Overland for issues with UConnect. The failed to tell me the only qualifi The service department was not honest with me when I dropped off my new Jeep Overland for issues with UConnect. The failed to tell me the only qualified technical mechanic they had on staff with any experience with UConnect was out for the week. They took my vehicle for 24 hours and let me drive 1.5 hrs to pick it up and looked me in the eye and told me all the problems had been fixed. They had done nothing to solve the problems or fix the issues. When I refused to take the vehicle they only offered to keep it until the one person who could fix it returned (two days later) or I could work with the sales person who sold me the vehicle. Not what you would expect for customer service on a brand new vehicle! Fortunately for this dealership, the sales person went above and beyond and four hours later he and I had updated the firmware (together!) on the UConnect system and that solved the problems. I do not recommend the service department at this dealership and frankly believe upper management needs to get them on the same page with the 'can do' attitude of the sales team! More

very good and proffesional I recently bought a 2012 ram 1500 and after two days found that the transmission was not working correctly. I brought it back and told Randy the used I recently bought a 2012 ram 1500 and after two days found that the transmission was not working correctly. I brought it back and told Randy the used car manager about it. Well I and Jimmy Fowler a good salesman and friend toke a test drive and he concluded that it must be fixed as I did. I dropped it off on Tuesday morning and I said I will be out a vehicle so randy said wile it's being repaired he loaned me a used jeep grand Cherokee to drive. It toke over a month to get all the parts and the go ahead to fix it. I would like to say that the service rep.Kyle Horton gave daily updates on my truck, he was very professional and I would highly recommend him if you need service help. I also would like to recommend the technician Tim Norris who found more damage and said this needs to be fixed properly. if he did not do his job I would have had to come back again in the future. Also kudos to Drew Moore service tech. who helped Kyle with this whole process also. You may ask me why I did not get angry over this but Randy and Kyle told have patience and all will be good. I now have my truck back and it's runs so good it's scary. Aubrey the sales woman who sold me the truck called many times and asked me how I was doing and if there's anything she could do. I have bought 3 cars there over the years and I will keep going back because of service like this. I will never say any place is cheaper than another but when it comes down to putting your butt on the line I will always side with a company that follows through with the right thing to do. Thx. J. I started out completely horrified that I had to get a new car and even through the first phone call, Paul made me feel completely at ease. Even before meeting me in person, the compassion showed over the phone. Even to the point of him offering to pick up not just myself but my infant daughter as well so I could get a new car. I knew instantly I was in great hands. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and welcoming. Paul stayed until at 10pm making sure I got the best deal on the right vehicle for me! Even went as far as showing me how to pair my phone to my new car. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. He is truly a genuine person who won't make you feel like a customer but a friend. BANG! there she was the color, the curves, the shine, and the mileage was a matched made from heaven. Now I am saying to myself "time is not on my side with this beauty." Contacted the dealer and was connected to a person whose name is as popular as my 2014 Mustang. Mary R. she is as caring as she sounds over the phone. She allowed me to feel and know that the deal was always in my control from the beginning to ending and that feeling is much needed, especially if you're traveling some distance to inquiry your ride. So, Mary you are the spark plug that made everything else run smoothly without your sincere tone this deal would have not been made (Because the tone of the greeter is the first perception in every successful business).
