Referral Incentive I referred 4 people and all 4 purchased a car. I received only 1 incentive payment however for each purchase I was told that I would receive an additi I referred 4 people and all 4 purchased a car. I received only 1 incentive payment however for each purchase I was told that I would receive an additional referral payment. I called the dealership in regards to the other payments and my calls was never put through and was told that someone would return my call and never did. I was placed on hold for more than 30 minutes and the receptionist continued to keep me on hold and finally disconnected the call. I called back and was immediately put on hold again, and the call was disconnected again. I won't ever refer anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. All I wanted to ask the financial personnel if I was eligible for the other referral payments. If not all they had to do is to tell me no instead of being jerked around from time to time and LIED to constantly. No Finance person never returned my calls. Very rude receptionist. NEVER AGAIN......... I may not have an impact but I will spread the word to all I know about how badly I was treated at Five Star Chrysler Dodge in Warner Robins GA on Watson Blvd. More
