Upon further inspection underneath the hood, a truly horrible odor was coming from the smoking battery. The next day, we took the car to the Paulding Chrysler Jeep service department who determined there were no codes and there was nothing wrong with the car. On our return trip a week later, we again noted the noxious odor from the battery(again smoking) so quickly located the nearest jeep dealership which happened to be Warner Robins Chrysler Jeep Dodge. This was on a Saturday afternoon around 1:40 pm. And closing time would be 3 pm. We were at least 3 hours from home. We really did not wish to spend 2 nights in a hotel and were hoping for a good resolution to this problem. Brandon Mullins, the service writer, was very professional and sympathetic to our situation. He was very helpful in immediately connecting us to Chris Self, the technician who was very knowledgeable and willing to quickly assess the situation. They both worked beyond the normal closing time to make sure that we were back safely on the road. We are very grateful to them and highly appreciative of their professionalism toward two very stressed and almost stranded travelers. More

In December of 2016 I took my truck into 5 star C/J/R of Warner robins for recall work based on their call to me the customer. Two weeks before their call I was notified I was Deploying to Afghanistan in early January. I wasn’t sure exactly what they had to do, but I knew they were updating the OBD. After I picked the truck up from service, I immediately noticed a “scratching sound” out of my steering column. When I got back to base I called and was told to bring it back. I took it back and asked if the changed anything out on the steering column, they said yes they removed the airbag. They took it back, then the service manager came out, told me how qualified his service techs are, and claimed that in taking off the factory airbag there is no way they could have damaged anything related to the steering column to make this noise. My mechanics out there know this is simply not true! I received a survey 2 days later from dodge, and gave them one star reviews as I was thinking of a way to handle the situation. I received a call from the service manager, asking why I gave him such a low rating, and explaining that he just got this job and didn’t deserve it. I explained that I brought my truck in without any issues, and left with issues, deducing that something happened to the steering column in their care. He asked me to bring it in for another appointment, and scheduled me danger close to my deployment date (which he knew) and they would find what was wrong but if they determine it’s not their fault (which do you really think they would say otherwise) I would have to pay for the fix. He pushed me to the right causing additional stress, hoping I’m sure I would just leave and his plan worked, I deployed. If this is how 5 star of Warner Robins treats their military member s deploying to fight for our country, I will never do business with them again. And yes Gentlemen, you will hear from me when I return! More

Outstanding personal service. Outstanding service. Service Mgr. took time to explain what they do and how long it will take. Upon completion he sat down and told me everything that they did, things that may need attention in the future, and answered any questions. then walked me to the cashier. Great service/Horrible phone experience The technician I worked with was excellent! He did not mind giving me options and pricing, and was patient while I decided which services to elect. Ho The technician I worked with was excellent! He did not mind giving me options and pricing, and was patient while I decided which services to elect. However, I missed a call from him at one point, and when I tried to call back, was put on hold for 16 minutes! No one ever answered or picked up to say "let me find someone" or "sorry for your wait", she just continued to pick up and hit hold over and over again. Very angry about that, but overall a good experience. More
