Sales people I have had it with Five Star dodge in Warner Robins... This referral fee is a complete JOKE... My daughter, myself and her friend was supposed to get a 200 dollar referral fee from back in JULY... It's NOVEMBER.... So between my salesman, the finance manager Brandon Hardison and Joy, the person who is supposed to write the check, do you think this has happened? xxxx NO..... I have been buying vehicles from there for years..... NEVER AGAIN, WON'T EVEN REFER ANYONE THERE..... I have spoke to managers and NOTHING has happened, they say they will call back but never do..... This place is absoulty ridiculous. Management does not even care... Not to mention that Brandon added a list of things to my daughter's car abd NEVER NOT ONCE DID HE DISCUSS THIS WITG HER..... I had several in mind and Martin Keefe a sales rep h A couple of days ago i stopped at the five star dealership in Warner Robins, Ga. to look at cars. I had several in mind and Martin Keefe a sales rep helped me. He was very polite upbeat and helpful. He was not pushy at all. He listened to what i wanted and showed me a couple of cars but I wasn't sure of the make or model i wanted. I gave him several car models i wanted to test drive and he said he would try to find several for me to look at and if he couldn't find or get the car I wanted that he would set up appointments for me to look at the cars with their other dealerships near by. He spent about 45 minutes with me and said he would call when he found something i might be interested in. Well, he called today and said he was just checking in with me, that he had not found anything yet but was expecting some new cars in and that the 2018 models would be in next month sometime. This is my first experience with a car salesman that actually listen to what i wanted and not trying to sell me something they just had on the lot. I am impressed with Martin Keefe. He was professional and knew details on several makes and models to include other non Chrysler products. He was a delight to work with and i look forward to seeing Martin Keefe again for purchasing my new car. I am in no rush and Martin is not rushing me and looking for my perfect car. So glad he was my sales person. If you are looking for someone who cares about what you want and not someone who is just selling you something that may not be the perfect car for you, you should ask for Martin Keefe. He's honest, dedicated and will search to find the right car or vehicle for you and if he can't find it he will help you build the car of your dreams. call Martin Keefe you will be glad you did. He's great and I can't say enough good things about him. More
Steer Clear So, after owning my car for two months, I have to change my review. I'll admit the purchase of the vehicle was fairly easy. I live over 40 minutes fro So, after owning my car for two months, I have to change my review. I'll admit the purchase of the vehicle was fairly easy. I live over 40 minutes from the dealership. And, I work over an hour from it. My salesman (Adrian) knew nothing about my vehicle. HOWEVER, it did not matter because I had completed my own research and knew exactly which vehicle I wanted before I ever went into the dealership. The only thing I had to do was negotiate payments/price. This process took over a week BUT Brandon made sure I got in the "ballpark" of where I wanted to be financially. Now, here comes the cons. Because of my schedule, Adrian drove to me for my signature on the paperwork. Although I asked, he didn't leave me with any copies because he said the finance manager had to look over everything BUT he assured me he would get them to me as soon as possible. Cool, right? Nope. Adrian went on leave the week after my sale. When I went to the dealership to get the paperwork, nobody knew where it was located. When I contacted Adrian, he said I got everything I needed (ONE piece of paper- sales contract) because I had no warranty on the vehicle, which is a 2017 Dodge Challenger by the way. Well, I knew that was not true. After contacting Brandon, he assured me that he would get my paperwork to me immediately. Well, that was over a month ago. And, I'm still waiting. I followed up today and I was told it would be sent to me overnight. At this point, my conclusion is that once they complete the sale, they could care less about their customers. I guess they forgot the vehicle has to be serviced too. So, you would think they would want to keep and maintain their customer satisfaction level! Unfortunately, it's time for my first oil change. Even though I didn't purchase from them, I've decided to use Jeff Smith Dodge for my service needs on the vehicle. After buying a 2013 Dodge Charger in 2013, Mr. Rufus still manages to reach out to me! I definitely regret not taking my business back to him. Lesson learned.... The few thousand dollars difference I got in price is not worth the satisfaction I lost in the process. (Let me also say.... Adrian's change in attitude came AFTER he called to confront me because I did not give him a TEN on the Dodge survey. I gave him a NINE, which he did not deserve because as I stated he knew NOTHING about the vehicle and did not show me ANY of its features. But, because his attitude was pleasant and he "appeared" to be going the extra mile I did in fact give him an undeserved NINE.) More

Exceptional service While traveling from Florida to the Atlanta area late one night we noted a terrible stench close to our destination. Upon further inspection underneath the hood, a truly horrible odor was coming from the smoking battery. The next day, we took the car to the Paulding Chrysler Jeep service department who determined there were no codes and there was nothing wrong with the car. On our return trip a week later, we again noted the noxious odor from the battery(again smoking) so quickly located the nearest jeep dealership which happened to be Warner Robins Chrysler Jeep Dodge. This was on a Saturday afternoon around 1:40 pm. And closing time would be 3 pm. We were at least 3 hours from home. We really did not wish to spend 2 nights in a hotel and were hoping for a good resolution to this problem. Brandon Mullins, the service writer, was very professional and sympathetic to our situation. He was very helpful in immediately connecting us to Chris Self, the technician who was very knowledgeable and willing to quickly assess the situation. They both worked beyond the normal closing time to make sure that we were back safely on the road. We are very grateful to them and highly appreciative of their professionalism toward two very stressed and almost stranded travelers. More
