I had a great experience with the sales team. On the finance side, they sneaked extra costs like plasma coat and nitrogen which escalated $800 on top of the extended warranty. I was super tired and fail finance side, they sneaked extra costs like plasma coat and nitrogen which escalated $800 on top of the extended warranty. I was super tired and failed to review before signing. Sad part is that they did not put the nitrogen on the tires and had to call them on it. You don't do that to your customers. They just lost my business on future procurements. More

They are efficient. No waiting time to get assistance. My car was taken to the bay within 10 minutes after check-in. My advisor Breanna Passmore was awesome.
