Courteous & Friendly from the moment we drove into the dealership for a drive by look-see. The first person to introduce themself was Marcus Jones. He was very polite and encouraged us to stroll through dealership for a drive by look-see. The first person to introduce themself was Marcus Jones. He was very polite and encouraged us to stroll through the parking lot and was there to answer questions and find the vehicle we were looking for. The Quality Assurance Evalutor (QAE) brought out the truck Marcus had suggested might meet our needs. While I discussed the truck with Marcus, the QAE explained everything about the enterior. Marcus even helped us to find another discount for being a current truck owner because we still owned a 93 Chevy Silverado. The whole experience was hassle free, no pressure tactics and we we closed the deal to everyone's satisfaction. The comfortable cab brought fond memories of the first Dodge we owned, a 1994 B250 Conversion van we owned and drove for 12 years. Thanks Marc's & Five Star Dodge for the best vehicle buy we've ever had! Cheers!!! More
