Arrived at dealer and service writer was eating and actually opened her mouth and showed me her food. They took truck and it was done in a decent amount of time. Had oil changed and tire rotation. Got truck back and drove home and tire pressure light came on. Had no lights before work was done. Checked pressure and front was in mid 60 added air. Looked under truck and there was oil all over the front axle and suspension parts. This truck only has 10,000 miles on it. Also greasy finger prints on hood and grill. Seems like a dealer of your size would take better care of a customers vehicle. Called into dealer on Monday and spoke to Tee and asked if I could bring truck back in for them to fix. At this time I have already addressed the problem and fixed myself. she Then called back and said service manager would be calling. Have not hear from. Probably will not be returning to the Warner Robins location. More
Let me preface this by saying I was told not to go to Five Star Chrysler by a few people so I take some of the blame. Five Star sold me a "new" 2018 Ram 1500 with 4000+ miles. It was the shop truck so Five Star Chrysler by a few people so I take some of the blame. Five Star sold me a "new" 2018 Ram 1500 with 4000+ miles. It was the shop truck so they never registered it. I was told that the 4K+ miles would be added to my warranty to extend it to just over 40K. My windshield motor went bad and needed to be replaced. I took it in and was told it wasn't under warranty. I explained that there was an extension to my warranty and that it would be under warranty. The service person said it shows I was the original owner and the mileage showed 11 miles when I bought it. I checked my contract and sure enough, they put 11 miles instead of the 4k that was on the truck...stupid me for thinking they were honest. After having a heated discussion, I told them to go ahead. I was told (even though I had an 8:30 appt) we probably won't get to it today, maybe tomorrow. Why tell me to bring it in at 8:30 if you weren't going to do it today. I called the next day to find out the progress and was told the truck was just diagnosed and needed a new wiper motor. The quoted price was $815. WHAT!!!! I checked online and found it should cost under $350. I said not thanks and went to pick up my truck and was charged $225 for diagnostic check. I got the wiper motor myself for $56 and changed it myself in less than 2 hours. This place is dishonest and rude. Take you business elsewhere, it certainly can't be worse. Now my friends have the pleasure of saying " I told you so"...live and learn. More
