As a service member, I am extremely disappointed in my experiences at this dealership. I have tried for 2 years to get my door panels fixed/replaced and continuously got the run around. My initial report experiences at this dealership. I have tried for 2 years to get my door panels fixed/replaced and continuously got the run around. My initial report was never filed properly so the dealership nor Chrysler will now not honor the replacements of my door panels. Not to mention they couldn't even diagnose my vehicles need of strut replacement after having my car for an entire day from open to close. Had to to go Jeff Smith Dodge all the way in Perry. They got my car diagnosed within 4 hours, parts order same day and replaced that Saturday. I will make it my mission to make sure absolutely none of my family, friends, soldiers and fellow service members DO NOT step foot on this dealership for any reason! If you truly have an issue this dealership is NOT the one inquire for. I repeat DO NOT trust this dealership. I have never been this disappointment in my entire adult life with service 5 star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Fiat Warner Robins. More
