Frustrated and tired of calling but I had been calling this dealership back to back for hours and couldn't get a hold of anyone until t Jennifer the receptionist helped me. My car has been in service multiple times and I just needed to talk to my adviser Eric. She told me that they were short staffed and that Eric would contact me at his next available time. She. Horrible experience!!!! They charged me $149 for check engine light !!! I was never told I was going to pay that much just for a diagnostic. If I would've known I would've They charged me $149 for check engine light !!! I was never told I was going to pay that much just for a diagnostic. If I would've known I would've gone to auto zone or another place it would've been free. The Service Lady called to explain the diagnostics and gave me my totaI and not once did she tell me that my total was for the check engine light. I went in to get my tire patched and for a warranty (recall) when I was there I mentioned the light was on and the Service lady sayed ill look at it, but forgot to mention the part were she was going to be charged over $100 for it.I left with my tire not patched and with my car being in the same condition as it was. On top of that I found out I was charged almost $15 for a service that they have no idea what it was for. Im still waiting for the manager to call me back! I Do Not Recommend this place!!!
