Couteous, thorough, and prompt service visit Having purchased my 2012 Silverado at this dealership, and having it serviced there its whole life, I have built a good relationship with Tom, in the Having purchased my 2012 Silverado at this dealership, and having it serviced there its whole life, I have built a good relationship with Tom, in the service department. I called him to schedule my service, advise of a part replacement that was needed, and to request a loaner vehicle. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly, paperwork was filled out, the loaner was pulled around, and I was out the door in minutes. Tom was in contact with me to review and confirm the work to be done, advised me of the total cost, and that the vehicle would be ready by the end of the day. He later called again to confirm that the vehicle was ready for pick up, and that I could show up at my convenience. When I did pick the vehicle up, it was washed and everything was completed to me satisfaction. I couldn't ask for anything more when having my automobile serviced. Thank you Five Star Chevrolet for executing flawlessly. More
