Best experience so far I came in and worked with Brian, he was efficient and quick to get things done. He was very efficient and nice, he thoroughly explained to me what he was going to do along with the oil change. He made me aware of some things regarding my car that I did not know (since I had prior work done to it). I appreciated all his help. I brought my car in because the rear brakes were ear-piercingly loud. Not only is he excellent at keeping me up to date with the status of my vehicle, but when I brought it in he said the car started slower than he would've expected. I actually couldn't tell the difference at all, but he suspected the battery. Once I arrived to pickup the car after the work was done, he told me that they got the work done on the brakes and the battery was replaced under warranty. Wow. Really all I cared about was getting the brakes sorted, but to get the battery replaced under warranty too was really awesome. He could've said nothing and done nothing, but instead he went above and beyond. Thanks Brian. More

Would Recommend only missed one item Brought the truck in for a leak in the differential, state inspection and oil change. I asked specifically to have the differential cleaned off so I Brought the truck in for a leak in the differential, state inspection and oil change. I asked specifically to have the differential cleaned off so I could keep an eye on it to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore but that was not done. I didn't have time to wait for it so I left. Tried to give feedback when they called but was transferred to someone's voicemail. Other than that it was fine. They were able to get me on the next day and repairs were completed the following day. Majority was covered by warranty which was great. More

Excellent service from Amanda Yarbro I had the worse possible experience that can happen to a traveler going from Houston, TX to Storm Lake, IA when the check engine light turned on just I had the worse possible experience that can happen to a traveler going from Houston, TX to Storm Lake, IA when the check engine light turned on just a few hours into my trip. The next dealership in route was Five Star Chevrolet where I was greeted by Amanda Yarbro. Immediately she was very reassuring, comforting and knowledgeable. She made every effort to assure me they would get to the bottom of my issues by getting my vehicles in right away to get checked out, checking to make sure it was covered under warranty (she had to find the # of my extended warranty company) and very professionally explaining to me the problem as well as how to get it fixed. Just a great overall experience from an unfortunate situation. I was very impressed with her customer service skills and this dealership is fortunate to have someone of her caliber representing them. It takes a lot for me to get to take the time to get online and write a review but she left such an impression on me that I felt compelled to do so. Great service effort and follow through from Brian Withem I brought my truck for AC service, was easy in and out. I was updated throughout the process and my truck was ready exactly as promised.
